Abstract:
(EN) A metal sheet having a low friction coefficient and a low waviness. Multiple round or roughly-round small pits are distributed on the surface of the metal sheet. The diameter of a single pit ranges from 30 μm to 150 μm, and the overlap between adjacent pits is lower than 10%, the proportion of the area of pits in per square millimeter in the surface of the metal sheet where the pits are located to the area of the superficial area of the surface is greater than 30%, and the difference between the quantities of pits in any unit square millimeter is less than 20%. By means of the proper design of a surface microstructure, the friction coefficient and the waviness can be effectively reduced, thereby improving the shaping and painting performance of the material.
(FR) L'invention porte sur une feuille métallique ayant un faible coefficient de frottement et une faible ondulation. De multiples creux ronds, ou sensiblement ronds, de petites dimensions sont répartis sur la surface de la feuille métallique. Le diamètre d'un creux individuel varie de 30 µm à 150 µm, et le chevauchement entre des creux adjacents est inférieur à 10 %. La proportion de l'aire des creux par millimètre carré dans la surface de la feuille métallique où sont situés les creux, rapportée à l'aire de la zone superficielle de la surface est supérieure à 30 %, et la variation du nombre de creux d'un millimètre carré unitaire à un autre est inférieure à 20 %. Par une conception appropriée d'une microstructure de surface, il est possible de réduire efficacement le coefficient de frottement et l'ondulation, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'efficacité de mise en forme et de peinture du matériau.
