Abstract:
(EN) An anticorrosion treatment method for a copper-containing material comprises: carrying out a sealed and pressurized reaction on a copper-containing material and a stabilizer in presence of a polar solvent and any assistant, the stabilizer being a compound capable of providing formates, so that the formates are adsorbed on the surface of the copper-containing material. In the method, formates are modified on the surface of the copper-containing material, accordingly, the oxidation resistance capability and the stability of the copper-containing material can be significantly improved while the electrical conductivity of the copper-containing material is not reduced, and the corrosion resistance of the copper-containing material and especially, the salt and alkali corrosion resistance of the copper-containing material are significantly improved.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement anticorrosion pour un matériau contenant du cuivre, lequel procédé comprend : la réalisation d'une réaction scellée et sous pression sur un matériau contenant du cuivre et un agent stabilisant en présence d'un solvant polaire et d'un quelconque assistant, l'agent stabilisant étant un composé apte à produire des formiates, de telle sorte que les formiates sont adsorbés sur la surface du matériau contenant du cuivre. Dans le procédé, des formiates sont modifiés sur la surface du matériau contenant du cuivre, et, par conséquent, l'aptitude de résistance à l'oxydation et la stabilité du matériau contenant du cuivre peuvent être améliorées de façon significative tandis que la conductivité électrique du matériau contenant du cuivre n'est pas réduite, et la résistance à la corrosion du matériau contenant du cuivre, et, en particulier, la résistance à la corrosion par le sel et par les alcalis du matériau contenant du cuivre, sont considérablement améliorées.
(ZH) 一种含铜材料的防腐蚀处理方法,包括将含铜材料与稳定剂在极性溶剂以及任选的助剂存在下进行密封加压反应,其中稳定剂为能够提供甲酸根的化合物,以使得含铜材料表面吸附有甲酸根。该方法在含铜材料的表面修饰甲酸根,能够在不降低含铜材料导电性的同时显著增强其抗氧化能力和稳定性,含铜材料的耐腐蚀性尤其是耐盐碱腐蚀性得到显著提高。
