Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a continuous efficient production process for lithium battery slurry. According to the process, a bonding agent can be directly added into a continuous production line, adhesive liquid prefabrication by the bonding agent is not needed, and the production efficiency is improved. The technical solution of the continuous efficient production process for lithium battery slurry comprises: first mixing a major material, an auxiliary material, and some of a liquid material at a front section of a tube body of a spiral mixing apparatus, the tube body further comprising a middle section and a back section, and the front section, the middle section, and the back section are arranged in sequence; then selectively adding the bonding agent into the front section or the middle section; and finally adding the remaining liquid material into the back section, the back section being provided with a discharging port.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production en continu efficace pour bouillie de batterie au lithium. Selon le procédé, un liant peut être directement ajouté dans une ligne de production en continu, une préfabrication de liquide adhésif par le liant n'est pas nécessaire, et l'efficacité de production est améliorée. La solution technique du procédé de production en continu efficace pour bouillie de batterie au lithium comprend : le premier mélange d'une matière principale, d'une matière auxiliaire et une partie d'une matière liquide dans la section avant d'un corps de tube d'un appareil de mélange en spirale, le corps de tube comprenant en outre une section médiane et une section arrière, et la section avant, la section médiane et la section arrière sont agencées en séquence; puis l'ajout sélectif du liant dans la section avant ou la section intermédiaire; et enfin l'ajout de la matière liquide restant dans la section arrière, la section arrière étant pourvue d'un orifice d'évacuation.
