Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a fire-proof material, a fire-proof plate, a firewall structure for tunnels and a construction method. The fire-proof material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-35 parts of aluminium silicate; 20-35 parts of calcium carbonate; 20-35 parts of magnesium oxide; 20-35 parts of silica; 20-35 parts of a binder; and 20-35 parts of a curing agent, wherein the composition of the binder comprises at least one of lithium silicate, potassium silicate and sodium silicate in combination with at least one of quartz sand and industrial sugar; and the component of the curing agent is at least one of lithium oxide and magnesium oxide. In the preparation, firstly forming the mixture of the aluminium silicate, magnesium oxide and silicon oxide into particles at 900ºC-1250ºC, and then mixing the particles with calcium carbonate, the binder and the curing agent, and then pouring same into a forming mold and heating and pressing to form the fire-proof material.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau résistant au feu, une plaque résistante au feu, une structure de pare-feu pour tunnels et un procédé de production. Le matériau résistant au feu comprend les constituants suivants en parties en poids : de 20 à 35 parties de silicate d'aluminium ; de 20 à 35 parties de carbonate de calcium ; de 20 à 35 parties d'oxyde de magnésium ; de 20 à 35 parties de silice ; de 20 à 35 parties d'un liant ; et de 20 à 35 parties d'un agent de durcissement, la composition de liant comprenant du silicate de lithium et/ou du silicate de potassium et/ou du silicate de sodium en association avec du sable de quartz et/ou un sucre industriel ; et le constituant de l'agent de durcissement étant l'oxyde de lithium et/ou l'oxyde de magnésium. Le procédé de préparation consiste tout d'abord à mélanger le silicate d'aluminium, l'oxyde de magnésium et l'oxyde de silicium à une température comprise entre 900 °C et 1 250 °C de manière à former des particules, puis à mélanger les particules avec du carbonate de calcium, le liant et l'agent de durcissement, puis à verser le mélange obtenu dans un moule de formage et à chauffer et à presser afin de former le matériau résistant au feu.
(ZH) 一种防火材料、利用防火材料制作的防火板、应用防火板的隧道防火墙结构及施工方法。防火材料包括以下重量比的组份:铝硅酸盐20-35份;碳酸钙10-25份;氧化镁5-15份;氧化硅5-15份;粘接剂20-40份;固化剂5-10份;其中,粘接剂的组份为硅酸锂、硅酸钾、硅酸钠中至少一种与石英砂、工业糖中的至少一种的组合;固化剂组份为氧化锂、氧化镁中的至少一种;制备时先将铝硅酸盐、氧化镁、氧化硅混合体在900℃~1250℃下形成颗粒,然后将颗粒与碳酸钙、粘接剂、固化剂混合后倒入成形模具加热压制形成防火材料。
