Abstract:
(EN) A polypropylene composition, comprising 60-85 parts by weight of polypropylene resin, 5-10 parts by weight of high-density polyethylene resin, 5-20 parts by weight of a dendritic flexibilizer, 1-5 parts by weight of graphene, and 3-5 parts by weight of a surface modifier. By adoption of the dendritic flexibilizer, the good impact performance of a material can be maintained under the condition of lower dosage, and moreover, the chemical-resistance performance of the polypropylene material is facilitated to be improved; the added surface modifier changes the surface tension of the material, and can effectively reduce the erosion of chemicals to the surface of the material; the added graphene not only improves the bending modulus of the material, but also has a nano-blocking effect on the chemicals, thereby inhibiting the erosion of the chemicals. By means of the synergism of the dendritic flexibilizer, the surface modifier, and the graphene, the obtained polypropylene material composition has excellent chemical-resistance performance, and maintains good rigid-tough balance. In addition, the obtained polypropylene material has no defects such as fiddle back figures after injection molding, and has special metal luster.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de polypropylène, comprenant de 60 à 85 parties en poids d'une résine de polypropylène, de 5 à 10 parties en poids d'une résine de polyéthylène haute densité, de 5 à 20 parties en poids d'un agent d'assouplissement dendritique, de 1 à 5 parties en poids de graphène, et de 3 à 5 parties en poids d'un modificateur de surface. En faisant le choix de l'agent d'assouplissement dendritique, les bonnes performances de résistance aux chocs d'un matériau peuvent être maintenues dans des conditions de dosage inférieur, et en outre, l’amélioration des performances de résistance chimique du matériau de polypropylène est facilitée ; le modificateur de surface ajouté change la tension superficielle du matériau, et peut réduire efficacement l'érosion des produits chimiques sur la surface du matériau ; le graphène ajouté non seulement améliore le module de flexion du matériau, mais a également un effet nano-bloquant sur les produits chimiques, ce qui permet d'inhiber l'érosion des produits chimiques. Au moyen de la synergie de l'agent d'assouplissement dendritique, du modificateur de surface et du graphène, la composition de matériau de polypropylène obtenue présente d'excellentes performances de résistance chimique, et conserve un bon équilibre rigidité-solidité. De plus, le matériau de polypropylène obtenu ne présente pas de défauts tels que des figures ondulées après moulage par injection, et présente un éclat métallique particulier.
(ZH) 聚丙烯组合物,包括60~85重量份的聚丙烯树脂;5~10重量份的高密度聚乙烯树脂;5~20重量份的树枝状增韧剂;1~5重量份的石墨烯;3~5重量份的表面改性剂。采用树枝状增韧剂,可以在较低用量的情况下维持材料良好的冲击性能,同时有利于改善聚丙烯材料耐化学品性能;加入表面改性剂改变了材料表面张力,能有效减弱化学品对材料表面的侵蚀;加入石墨烯不仅提高材料弯曲模量,而且对化学品具有纳米阻隔作用,抑制了化学品的侵蚀。上述三者协同作用,所得聚丙烯材料组合物具有优异的耐化学品性能,保持了良好的刚韧平衡。此外,所得聚丙烯材料注塑成型后未见虎皮纹等任何缺陷,而且具有特殊的金属光泽。
