Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a laminating device relating to the field of processing of solar cells. The laminating device is used for laminating and attaching a flexible solar cell sheet (M) to a protective layer (N), and comprises: a conveying structure (1), a heating structure (2) and a laminating roller structure (3). The heating structure (2) is arranged on the conveying structure (1) and is used for heating the flexible solar cell sheet (M) on the conveying structure (1). The laminating roller structure (3) is arranged at an output end of the conveying structure (1) and is used for laminating the protective layer (N) on the surface of the heated flexible solar cell sheet (M). In the laminating device, the heating structure (2) is arranged on the conveying structure (1) to directly heat the flexible solar cell sheet (M) on the conveying structure (1), thereby quickening the temperature rise and effectively reducing unnecessary energy consumption, and the heated flexible solar cell sheet (M) is laminated to the protective layer (N) by means of the laminating roller structure (3) without the additionally introducing an adhesive, thereby saving on costs.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de stratification concernant le domaine du traitement de cellules solaires. Le dispositif de stratification est utilisé pour stratifier et fixer une feuille de cellule solaire flexible (M) à une couche de protection (N), et comprend : une structure de transport (1), une structure de chauffage (2) et une structure de rouleau de stratification (3). La structure de chauffage (2) est agencée sur la structure de transport (1) et est utilisée pour chauffer la feuille de cellule solaire flexible (M) sur la structure de transport (1). La structure de rouleau de stratification (3) est agencée à une extrémité de sortie de la structure de transport (1) et est utilisée pour stratifier la couche de protection (N) sur la surface de la feuille de cellule solaire flexible chauffée (M). Dans le dispositif de stratification, la structure de chauffage (2) est agencée sur la structure de transport (1) pour chauffer directement la feuille de cellule solaire flexible (M) sur la structure de transport (1), de façon à accélérer l'augmentation de température et réduire efficacement la consommation d'énergie inutile, et la feuille de cellule solaire flexible chauffée (M) est stratifiée sur la couche de protection (N) au moyen de la structure de rouleau de stratification (3) sans l'introduction supplémentaire d'un adhésif, de façon à économiser les coûts.
