Abstract:
(EN) A multichannel sampler having a distributing structure, comprising a cutting and distributing device (2) connected to a sampling inlet (1). Multiple collecting pipelines (3) are connected at the bottom of the cutting and distributing device (2). Each collecting pipeline (3) is provided with a cutter (4), a filter membrane assembly (5), a flow controller (7), and a sampling pump (8). The cutting and distributing device (2) comprises a housing (15), an impact tube (14), an impact plate (16), and distributing tubes (17). The impact plate (16) is mounted in the housing (15). The impact tube (14) is mounted at the top of the housing (15). Multiple distributing tubes (17) are mounted at the bottom of the housing (15). The impact tube (14) and the distributing tubes (17) extend into the housing (15). The multichannel sampler having a distributing structure has a simple structure, cuts particulate matters by means of aerodynamic principles and impact, can avoid dust accumulation, and can be widely used for sampling of particulate matters.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un échantillonneur multicanal ayant une structure de distribution, comprenant un dispositif de coupe et de distribution (2) relié à une entrée d’échantillonnage (1). Des canalisations de collecte multiples (3) sont reliées à la base du dispositif de coupe et de distribution (2). Chaque canalisation de collecte (3) est pourvue d’un dispositif de coupe (4), d’un ensemble de membrane filtrante (5), d’un régulateur de débit (7) et d’une pompe d’échantillonnage (8). Le dispositif de coupe et de distribution (2) comprend un boîtier (15), un tube d’impact (14), une plaque d’impact (16) et des tubes de distribution (17). La plaque d’impact (16) est montée dans le boîtier (15). Le tube d’impact (14) est monté au sommet du boîtier (15). Des tubes de distribution multiples (17) sont montés à la base du boîtier (15). Le tube d’impact (14) et les tubes de distribution (17) s’étendent dans le boîtier (15). L’échantillonneur multicanal ayant une structure de distribution possède une structure simple, coupe des matières particulaires au moyen de principes aérodynamiques et d’impact, peut éviter l’accumulation de poussière, et peut être largement utilisé pour l’échantillonnage de matières particulaires.
