Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a directly printable image-recording material and a preparation method therefor, wherein the image-recording material comprises 25-78.8 parts of a photopolymerizable monomer, 0.2-5 parts of a photoinitiator, 20-70 parts of an inert component and 0.05-2 parts of a thermal polymerization inhibitor, and has an initial viscosity of 200-800 mPa⋅s, wherein the photopolymerizable monomer comprises a thiol monomer and an olefin monomer, and at least one of the thiol monomer and the olefin monomer is a silicon-based monomer with a cage polysilsesquioxane as a silicon core. By means of the introduction of a POSS-based thiol monomer or olefin monomer into the photopolymerizable monomer to collaborate with the other components of the material, the initial viscosity of the recording material is 200-800 mPa⋅s; furthermore, by using the low thermal conductivity of the POSS-based photopolymerizable monomer, the quality of the storage of an image is ensured, the continuous industrial production of the image-recording material is realized, the process cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau d'enregistrement d'image directement imprimable et son procédé de préparation. Le matériau d'enregistrement d'image comprend 25-78,8 parties d'un monomère photopolymérisable, 0,2 à 5 parties d'un photoinitiateur, 20 à 70 parties d'un composant inerte et 0,05 à 2 parties d'un inhibiteur de polymérisation thermique, et présente une viscosité initiale de 200 à 800 mPa⋅s. Le monomère photopolymérisable comprend un monomère thiol et un monomère d'oléfine, et au moins l'un parmi le monomère thiol et le monomère d'oléfine est un monomère à base de silicium avec un polysilsesquioxane en cage en tant que noyau de silicium. Au moyen de l'introduction d'un monomère thiol ou d'un monomère d'oléfine à base de POSS dans le monomère photopolymérisable pour collaborer avec les autres composants du matériau, la viscosité initiale du matériau d'enregistrement est de 200 à 800 mPa⋅s. De plus, l'utilisation de la faible conductivité thermique du monomère photopolymérisable à base de POSS permet d'assurer la qualité du stockage d'une image, de réaliser la production industrielle en continu du matériau d'enregistrement d'image, de réduire le coût de traitement et d'améliorer le rendement de production.
