Abstract:
(EN) A display panel, a display device and a display panel fabrication method. The display panel (10) comprises: a substrate (1), a plurality of pixel units arranged in an array, and a total reflection structure (6). Each pixel unit comprises a light-emitting region (101) and a light-emitting device located in the light-emitting region (101); and the total reflection structure (6) is disposed on a light-emitting side of the light-emitting device and at least partially surrounds the light-emitting region (101). The total reflection structure (6) comprises a main body structure (601) and a second structure (602) covering a side surface (6012) of the main body structure which faces toward the light-emitting device, and the second structure (602) has a refractive index greater than that of the main body structure (601). The described display panel (10) may improve or avoid the phenomenon of light propagating in the lateral direction being incident on a light-emitting region of an adjacent pixel unit, thereby improving or avoiding crosstalk occurring in the light-emitting state of the light-emitting region of the adjacent pixel unit.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un panneau d'affichage, un dispositif d'affichage et un procédé de fabrication de panneau d'affichage. Le panneau d'affichage (10) comprend : un substrat (1), une pluralité d'unités de pixel disposées en réseau, et une structure de réflexion totale (6). Chaque unité de pixel comprend une région électroluminescente (101) et un dispositif électroluminescent situé dans la région électroluminescente (101) ; et la structure de réflexion totale (6) est disposée sur un côté électroluminescent du dispositif électroluminescent et entoure au moins partiellement la zone électroluminescente (101). La structure de réflexion totale (6) comprend une structure de corps principal (601) et une seconde structure (602) recouvrant une surface latérale (6012) de la structure de corps principal qui fait face au dispositif électroluminescent, et la seconde structure (602) a un indice de réfraction supérieur à celui de la structure de corps principal (601). Le panneau d'affichage (10) de la présente invention peut améliorer ou éviter le phénomène de propagation de la lumière dans la direction latérale qui est incidente sur une région électroluminescente d'une unité de pixel adjacente, ce qui permet d'améliorer ou d'éviter la diaphonie se produisant dans l'état électroluminescent de la région électroluminescente de l'unité de pixel adjacente.
