Abstract:
(EN) A tire capable of automatically changing color according to road conditions comprises a tire body (4), an electrochromic device (8), a thermochromic modified tread rubber (13), and a photochromic layer (15). The tire body (4) comprises a tire crown (11), a shoulder pad rubber (14), a sidewall rubber (16), and a bead rubber (17), and is integrally formed by means of vulcanization. An outer layer of the tire crown (11) is provided with the thermochromic modified tread rubber (13), and an outer layer of the thermochromic modified tread rubber (13) is provided with alternating patterned blocks (10) and grooves (12). The electrochromic device (8) is embedded in the shoulder pad rubber (14). A protruding kerbing rib (6) is provided on an outer wall of the sidewall rubber (16). The photochromic layer (15) is provided in the kerbing rib (6). The tire crown (11) has a large contact surface area and good traction, such that the tire body (4) is not easily punctured, has strong wear resistance, and achieves a reversible color change as temperature changes. The electrochromic device (8) of the shoulder pad rubber (14) enables a vehicle tire to automatically change color under varying light intensity, and the photochromic layer (15) of the kerbing rib (6) brightens color the of the tire, according to varying light intensity, thereby improving identification of a problematic tire and reducing traffic accidents.
(FR) Un pneu capable de changer automatiquement de couleur en fonction des condition routières comprend un corps de pneu (4), un dispositif électrochromique (8), un caoutchouc de bande de roulement modifiée thermochromique (13), et une couche photochromique (15). Le corps de pneu (4) comprend une couronne de pneu (11), un caoutchouc d'épaulière (14), un caoutchouc de flanc (16) et un caoutchouc de bourrelet (17), et est formé d'un seul tenant par vulcanisation. Une couche externe de la couronne de pneu (11) est pourvue du caoutchouc de bande de roulement modifiée thermochromique (13), et une couche externe du caoutchouc de bande de roulement modifiée thermochromique (13) est pourvue de blocs à motifs alternés (10) et de rainures (12). Le dispositif électrochromique (8) est incorporé dans le dispositif de caoutchouc d'épaulière (14). La couronne de pneu (11) possède une grande surface de contact et une bonne traction, de telle sorte que le corps de pneu (4) n'est pas facilement perforé, présente une forte résistance à l'usure, et permet un changement de couleur réversible en fonction des changements de température. Le dispositif électrochromique (8) du caoutchouc d'épaulière (14) permet à un pneu de véhicule de changer automatiquement de couleur selon différentes intensités lumineuses, et la couche photochromique (15) de la nervure de bordure (6) éclaircit la couleur du pneu, en fonction de la variation de l'intensité lumineuse, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'identification d'un pneu problématique et de réduire les accidents de la circulation.
