Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention are a method, device, and storage medium for locating a failure cause. The method comprises: acquiring values of multiple operation parameters and of a failure parameter within a predetermined duration before a failure occurs in a wavelength-division multiplexing single-board device, the failure parameter being a parameter experiencing an anomaly when the failure occurs in the wavelength-division multiplexing single-board device; determining, according to the values of the multiple operation parameters and of the failure parameter, a correlation between each of the operation parameters and the failure parameter, the correlation indicating a degree of association between said operation parameter and the failure parameter in terms of the variations in their values; and determining, according to the sizes of the correlations, one or more target parameters of the multiple operation parameters, each of the target parameters having a greater correlation with the failure parameter than the correlations of the other operation parameters excluding the one or more target parameters. The embodiments of the present invention can improve accuracy when locating a failure cause.

Des modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un procédé, un dispositif et un support d'informations permettant la localisation d'une cause de défaillance. Le procédé consiste : à acquérir des valeurs de paramètres de fonctionnement multiples et d'un paramètre de défaillance pendant une durée prédéterminée avant l'occurrence d'une défaillance dans un dispositif monocarte à multiplexage par répartition en longueur d'onde, le paramètre de défaillance étant un paramètre subissant une anomalie lorsque la défaillance se produit dans le dispositif monocarte à multiplexage par répartition en longueur d'onde ; à déterminer, en fonction des valeurs des paramètres de fonctionnement multiples et du paramètre de défaillance, une corrélation entre chacun des paramètres de fonctionnement et le paramètre de défaillance, la corrélation indiquant un degré d'association entre ledit paramètre de fonctionnement et le paramètre de défaillance en ce qui concerne les variations de leurs valeurs ; et à déterminer, en fonction des tailles des corrélations, un ou plusieurs paramètres cibles des paramètres de fonctionnement multiples, chacun des paramètres cibles présentant une corrélation plus grande avec le paramètre de défaillance que les corrélations des autres paramètres de fonctionnement à l'exclusion desdits paramètres cibles. Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention permettent d'améliorer la précision d'une localisation d'une cause de défaillance.

本发明实施例公开了一种实现故障原因定位的方法、装置及存储介质。该方法包括:获取波分单板器件在发生故障之前预设时长内多个运行参数的参数值和故障参数的参数值,故障参数为波分单板器件在发生故障时发生异常的参数;根据多个运行参数的参数值和故障参数的参数值确定多个运行参数中各个运行参数与故障参数的相关性,相关性表示运行参数和故障参数之间参数值变化的相关程度;根据相关性的大小从多个运行参数中确定至少一个目标参数,至少一个目标参数中每个目标参数与故障参数的之间相关性大于多个运行参数中除至少一个目标参数之外的其他运行参数与故障参数之间的相关性。本发明实施例能够提升故障原因定位的准确性。
