Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is an organic electroluminescent device, comprising a first electrode and a hole injection layer, which are arranged in a superposed manner, wherein the first electrode is in ohmic contact with the hole injection layer, and the carrier mobility rate of the hole injection layer is less than 2 x 10-5CM2V-1S-1. According to the present invention, by means of using a material with a low mobility rate as a hole injection layer, the mobility rate of a hole in the organic electroluminescent device is reduced, so that the concentration of holes in a light-emitting layer of an OLED can be reduced, the number of holes and electrons in the light-emitting layer tend to be balanced, and a composite area of the holes and the electrons are increased, thereby improving the current efficiency of the OLED.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent organique, comprenant une première électrode et une couche d'injection de trous, disposées de manière superposée, la première électrode étant en contact ohmique avec la couche d'injection de trous, et le taux de mobilité des porteurs de charge de la couche d'injection de trous étant inférieur à 2 x 10-5CM2V-1S-1. Selon la présente invention, en utilisant un matériau présentant un faible taux de mobilité en tant que couche d'injection de trous, le taux de mobilité d'un trou dans le dispositif électroluminescent organique est réduit, de telle sorte que la concentration en trous dans une couche électroluminescente d'une DELO peut être réduite, le nombre de trous et d'électrons dans la couche électroluminescente tend à être équilibré, et une zone composite des trous et des électrons est augmentée, ce qui permet d'améliorer le rendement en courant de la DELO.
