Provided are an organic electroluminescent device and a display apparatus. The organic electroluminescent device comprises a first conducting layer group, a second conducting layer group, and a light-emitting layer arranged between the first conducting layer group and the second conducting layer group and being in ohmic contact with the two. The first conducting layer group comprises an electron blocking layer in ohmic contact with the light-emitting layer and a hole transport layer in ohmic contact with the electron blocking layer. An HOMO energy level of the electron blocking layer is located between a HOMO energy level of the hole transport layer and the HOMO energy level of the light-emitting layer. An LUMO energy layer of the electron blocking layer is shallower than an LUMO layer of the hole transport layer and an LUMO layer of the light-emitting layer. By selecting an electron blocking layer with an appropriate HOMO energy level and LUMO energy level, balance of charge carriers can be better regulated, improving the device life of an organic electroluminescent device, and ensuring the performance of a product.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent organique et un appareil d’affichage. Le dispositif électroluminescent organique comprend un premier groupe de couches conductrices, un second groupe de couches conductrices, et une couche électroluminescente disposée entre le premier groupe de couches conductrices et le second groupe de couches conductrices et étant en contact ohmique avec les deux. Le premier groupe de couches conductrices comprend une couche de blocage d'électrons en contact ohmique avec la couche électroluminescente et une couche de transport de trous en contact ohmique avec la couche de blocage d'électrons. Un niveau d'énergie HOMO de la couche de blocage d'électrons est situé entre un niveau d'énergie HOMO de la couche de transport de trous et le niveau d'énergie HOMO de la couche électroluminescente. Une couche d'énergie LUMO de la couche de blocage d'électrons est moins profonde qu'une couche LUMO de la couche de transport de trous et qu'une couche LUMO de la couche électroluminescente.
