Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a naphthothiodibenzofuran unit-based blue light polymer light-emitting material, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. Sulfonyl in the naphthothiodibenzofuran unit is a strong electron-withdrawing unit that facilitates improving the electron affinity, promoting the injection and transporting of electrons. Moreover, the sulfonyl in the naphthothiodibenzofuran unit is located on a side chain of the polymer, and same has an appropriate conjugate plane, without causing a significant red shift in a spectrum. In the present invention, the naphthothiodibenzofuran unit-based blue light polymer light-emitting material is obtained by means of a Suzuki polymerization reaction, and the light-emitting material is dissolved using a common organic solvent, and then formed into a film by means of spin coating, ink-jet printing or printing to prepare a light-emitting layer of a light-emitting diode, wherein when the light-emitting layer is prepared into a light-emitting device, there is no need for an annealing treatment.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau polymère électroluminescent de lumière bleue à base d'un motif naphtothiodibenzofuranne, son procédé de préparation et son utilisation. Le sulfonyle du motif naphtothiodibenzofuranne est un motif attracteur d'électrons fort qui facilite l'amélioration de l'affinité électronique, la promotion de l'injection et le transport d'électrons. De plus, le sulfonyle du motif naphtothiodibenzofuranne est situé sur une chaîne latérale du polymère, et présente un plan conjugué approprié sans occasionner de décalage important vers le rouge dans un spectre. Dans la présente invention, le matériau polymère électroluminescent de lumière bleue à base d'un motif naphtothiodibenzofuranne est obtenu au moyen d'une réaction de polymérisation de Suzuki, et le matériau électroluminescent est dissous dans un solvant organique courant, puis transformé en un film au moyen d'un dépôt à la tournette, d'une impression au jet d'encre ou d'une impression pour préparer une couche électroluminescente d'une diode électroluminescente ; quand la couche électroluminescente est installée dans un dispositif électroluminescent, il n'est alors pas nécessaire de procéder à un traitement de recuit.
(ZH) 一种基于萘并硫氧芴单元的蓝光聚合物发光材料及其制备方法和应用。萘并硫氧芴单元中的砜基为强吸电子单元,有利于提高电子亲和势,促进电子的注入和传输,且萘并硫氧芴单元中的砜基位于聚合物的侧链,有适当的共轭平面,不会使光谱有较大的红移。本发明通过Suzuki聚合反应得到所述的基于萘并硫氧芴单元的蓝光聚合物发光材料,采用常见有机溶剂溶解后,再通过旋涂、喷墨打印或印刷成膜,制备得到发光二极管的发光层,该发光层制备发光器件时无需退火处理。
