Abstract:
(EN) A specialized lubricant for carbon film engines, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 80-85 parts of a base oil, 1-2 parts of antifoaming agent T901, 1-2 parts of polymethacrylate, 2-4 parts of dispersing agent T171, 1-2 parts of di-n-butyl phosphite, 2-3 parts of antioxidant T512, 2-4 parts of viscosity index improver OCP, 1-2 parts of alkenyl succinate, and 3-5 parts of nano-copper particles. The nano-copper particles form a lubricating film on the surface of metal and carbon films, thereby improving the stability, and anti-friction and wear-resistance capabilities of carbon film engine parts.
(FR) Un lubrifiant spécialisé pour moteurs à film de carbone comprend les composants suivants en parties en poids : 80 à 85 parties d'une huile de base, 1 à 2 parties d'agent antimousse T901, 1 à 2 parties de polyméthacrylate, 2 à 4 parties d'agent dispersant T171, 1 à 2 parties de di-n-butyl phosphite, 2 à 3 parties d'antioxydant T512, 2 à 4 parties d'améliorant d'indice de viscosité OCP, 1 à 2 parties de succinate d'alcényle, et 3 à 5 parties de nanoparticules de cuivre. Les nanoparticules de cuivre forment un film lubrifiant sur la surface de films métalliques et de carbone, ce qui permet d'améliorer la stabilité et les capacités anti-frottement et de résistance à l'usure de pièces de moteur à film de carbone.
(ZH) 一种碳膜发动机专用润滑油,包括下述重量份配比的组分:基础油80-85份,抗泡剂T901 1-2份,聚甲基丙烯酸酯1-2份,分散剂T171 2-4份,亚磷酸二正丁酯1-2份,抗氧剂T512 2-3份,粘度指数改进剂OCP 2-4份,烯基丁二酸酯1-2份,纳米铜微粒3-5份。纳米铜微粒在金属与碳膜表面形成润滑膜,提高了发动机碳膜零部件的稳定性和减摩抗磨能力。
