Abstract:
(EN) A stator skeleton of a radial magnetic bearing. The stator skeleton is provided with multiple skeleton blocks (1) connected end to end in sequence in a circumferential direction, and the skeleton blocks (1) have one-to-one correspondence to radial control directions of the radial magnetic bearing. By means of the configuration, a wire can be wound on each skeleton block independently, so as to prevent an operator from winding a copper wire on different skeleton blocks, thereby reducing the possibility of errors of the operator during wire winding, and improving the yield of stator skeleton products. Moreover, also disclosed is a stator assembly of a radial magnetic bearing, and a radial magnetic bearing.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un squelette de stator d’un palier magnétique radial. Le squelette de stator est pourvu de blocs de squelette multiples (1) raccordés bout à bout en séquence dans une direction circonférentielle, et les blocs de squelette (1) ont une correspondance biunivoque avec des directions de commande radiales du palier magnétique radial. Au moyen de la configuration, un fil peut être enroulé sur chaque bloc de squelette indépendamment, de façon à empêcher un opérateur d’enrouler un fil de cuivre sur différents blocs de squelette, réduisant ainsi la possibilité d’erreurs de l’opérateur pendant l’enroulement du fil, et améliorant le rendement de produits de squelette de stator. De plus, l’invention concerne en outre un ensemble de stator d’un palier magnétique radial, et un palier magnétique radial.
(ZH) 一种径向磁悬浮轴承定子骨架,其在周向上具有依次首尾连接的多个分块骨架(1);其中,各分块骨架(1)与径向磁悬浮轴承的径向控制方向一一对应。通过上述设置可以对每个分块骨架均单独进行绕线,避免作业人员将铜线绕到不同的分块骨架上,进而降低了作业人员在绕线时出错的可能性,提高了定子骨架产品的良品率。此外还披露了一种径向磁悬浮轴承定子组件和径向磁悬浮轴承。
