(EN) A display panel, comprising: a first substrate (10); a second substrate (20), the second substrate (20) being disposed opposite to the first substrate (10); an active switch, the active switch being disposed on the second substrate (20) and the active switch comprising a conductive groove (27); a pixel, the pixel being disposed on the second substrate (20) and being coupled with the active switch; a color filter layer (50), which is formed on the second substrate (20) and which is disposed in correspondence with the pixel; a light shield layer (11), the light shield layer (11) being disposed on the first substrate (10), being disposed in correspondence with the conductive groove (27) of the active switch, shielding the conductive groove (27) of the active switch, and being composed of a conductive material; a control chip (900), which is coupled with the light shield layer (11) and which is used for adjusting the brightness of the display panel; a light sensor (12), the light sensor (12) being disposed between the first substrate (10) and the light shield layer (11).
