Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a padding solution for wet transfer printing of Dacron fabrics and a formulation method therefor, wherein the padding solution is formulated from the following components by weight percentage: 0.3%-3% of a pH controlled release agent, 0.2%-1% of ammonium sulfate, 0.5%-2% of m-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid sodium, 1%-5% of a high-temperature dyeing carrier, 1%-3% of a migration inhibitor, 0.5%-2%of a paste, and the remainder of water. The formulation method for the padding solution is as follows: the pH controlled release agent and the ammonium sulfate are added to water and stirred until dissolved; the m-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid sodium, the high-temperature dyeing carrier and the migration inhibitor are then successively added and successively stirred until dissolved; finally, the paste is slowly added and then quickly stirred until dissolved; and same is then filtered to obtain the padding solution. The use of the padding solution for the wet transfer printing of Dacron fabrics can achieve better effects, and the fabrics have a saturated and well-developed color, a high color yield percentage, a high pattern fineness, and washing, perspiration and color migration fastness of grade 4 or more.
(FR) L'invention concerne une solution de rembourrage pour l'impression par transfert humide de tissus en Dacron et un procédé de formulation associé, la solution de rembourrage étant formulée à partir des constituants suivants en pourcentage en poids : 0,3 % à 3 % d'un agent de libération à pH contrôlé, 0,2 % à 1 % de sulfate d'ammonium, 0,5 % à 2 % de sodium d'acide m-nitrobenzènesulfonique, 1 % à 5 % d'un support de teinture à température élevée, 1 % à 3 % d'un inhibiteur de migration, 0,5 % à 2 % d'une pâte, le reste étant de l'eau. Le procédé de formulation de la solution de rembourrage est le suivant : l'agent de libération à pH contrôlé et le sulfate d'ammonium sont ajoutés à de l'eau et agités jusqu'à dissolution ; le sodium d'acide m-nitrobenzènesulfonique, le support de teinture à température élevée et l'inhibiteur de migration sont ensuite ajoutés successivement et agités successivement jusqu'à dissolution ; enfin, la pâte est lentement ajoutée et est ensuite agitée rapidement jusqu'à dissolution ; et ladite pâte est ensuite filtrée en vue d'obtenir la solution de rembourrage. L'utilisation de la solution de rembourrage pour l'impression par transfert humide de tissus en Dacron peut obtenir de meilleurs effets, et les tissus présentent une couleur saturée et bien développée, un pourcentage de rendement de couleur élevé, une finesse de motif élevée, et un lavage, une transpiration et une résistance à la migration de couleur de grade 4 ou plus.
(ZH) 一种涤纶织物湿法转移印花用浸轧液及其配制方法,该浸轧液由下述重量百分比的组分配制而成:0.3%~3%的pH缓释剂、0.2%~1%的硫酸铵、0.5%~2%的间硝基苯磺酸钠、1%~5%的高温导染剂、1%~3%的防泳移剂、0.5%~2%糊料以及余量的水。该浸轧液的配制方法如下:先将pH缓释剂和硫酸铵加入到水中并搅拌溶解;然后依次加入间硝基苯磺酸钠、高温导染剂、防泳移剂并依次搅拌溶解;最后缓慢加入糊料并快速搅拌至溶解;再过滤即得。采用该浸轧液进行涤纶织物湿法转移印花,能够取得较好的效果,织物颜色饱和丰满,得色率高,花型精细度高,而且水洗、汗渍、色迁移牢度可达4级以上。
