Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a glass fiber composition and a glass fiber and a composite material thereof, wherein the content of each component of the glass fiber composition is as follows (expressed in mass percentages): 57.4%-60.9% of SiO2, greater than 17% and less than or equal to 19.8% of Al2O3, greater than 9% and less than or equal to 12.8% of MgO, 6.4%-11.8% of CaO, 0-1.6% of SrO, 0.1%-1.1% of Na2O+K2O, 0.05%-1% of Fe2O3, less than 0.8% of TiO2, and less than or equal to 79.4% of SiO2+Al2O3, and the total content of the components mentioned above is greater than 99%. The range of the ratio of weight percentages of C1=(Al2O3+MgO)/SiO2 is from 0.43 to 0.56, and the range of the ratio of weight percentages of C2=(CaO+MgO)/(SiO2+Al2O3) is greater than 0.205. The glass fiber composition can improve the modulus of glass fibers, and reduce the crystallization rate of glass, so as to obtain an ideal ΔT value of a glass fiber forming range, can improve the clarification effect of glass, and is suitable for the production of high performance glass fibers in a tank furnace.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de fibre de verre et une fibre de verre et un matériau composite correspondants, la teneur en chaque constituant de la composition de fibre de verre étant la suivante (exprimée en pourcentages en masse) : 57,4%-60,9% de SiO2, plus de 17% et 19,8% ou moins d'Al2O3, plus de 9% et 12,8% ou moins de MgO, 6,4%-11,8% de CaO, 0-1,6% de SrO, 0,1%-1,1% de Na2O+K2O, 0,05%-1% de Fe2O3, moins de 0,8% de TiO2, et 79,4% ou moins de SiO2+Al2O3 et la teneur totale des constituants mentionnés ci-dessus est supérieure à 99%.
