Abstract:
(EN) An in-pipe local drilling device, comprising a transmission flexible shaft (100), a support (200), a driving device (300), a drilling device (500), and a connecting device (600). The support (200) is circular, and is coaxially connected to the first end of the transmission flexible shaft (100); several rollers in contact with the inner wall of a pipe are arranged at the periphery of the support (200) at intervals; the driving device (300) is connected to the second end of the transmission flexible shaft (100), and transfers a torque force to the support by means of the transmission flexible shaft, so as to drive the support to move along the length direction of the pipe; the drilling device (500) and the connecting device (600) are positioned on one side of the support (200) away from the driving device; the drilling device (500) is connected to the support (200) by means of the connecting device (600). The device can convey the drilling device to a preset position to carry out local treatment on the inner surface of the pipe, without dismounting or cutting the pipe.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de perçage local dans un tuyau, comprenant un arbre flexible de transmission (100), un support (200), un dispositif d'entraînement (300), un dispositif de perçage (500) et un dispositif de liaison (600). Le support (200) est circulaire, et est relié de manière coaxiale à la première extrémité de l'arbre flexible de transmission (100) ; plusieurs rouleaux en contact avec la paroi intérieure d'un tuyau sont agencés au niveau de la périphérie du support (200) à des intervalles ; le dispositif d'entraînement (300) est relié à la seconde extrémité de l'arbre flexible de transmission (100), et transfère une force de couple au support au moyen de l'arbre flexible de transmission, de façon à entraîner le support à se déplacer le long de la direction longitudinale du tuyau ; le dispositif de perçage (500) et le dispositif de liaison (600) sont positionnés sur un premier côté du support (200) à l'opposé du dispositif d'entraînement ; le dispositif de perçage (500) est relié au support (200) au moyen du dispositif de liaison (600). Le dispositif peut transporter le dispositif de perçage vers une position prédéfinie pour effectuer un traitement local sur la surface intérieure du tuyau, sans démonter ou couper le tuyau.
