Abstract:
(EN) A method for preparing a hydrotalcite-based magneto-optic thin film material: the process uses metal ion adsorption deposition to obtain a hydrotalcite-based magneto-optic thin film precursor in a vacuum, then using inert gas scrubbing to obtain a finished product of a thin film material by means of ultraviolet curing and like processes. The manufacturing process for the prepared hydrotalcite-based magneto-optic thin film material is simple, and the texture of the thin film material is uniform and compact, having good electrical performance.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à la préparation d'un matériau de film mince magnéto-optique à base d'hydrotalcite, le traitement mettant en œuvre un dépôt par adsorption d'ions métalliques en vue d'obtenir un précurseur de film mince magnéto-optique à base d'hydrotalcite dans un vide, puis mettant en œuvre un lavage de gaz inerte en vue d'obtenir un produit fini d'un matériau de film mince au moyen d'un durcissement aux ultraviolets et de traitements similaires. Le traitement de fabrication destiné au matériau de film mince magnéto-optique à base d'hydrotalcite préparé est simple, et la texture du matériau de film mince est uniforme et compacte, présentant des performances électriques satisfaisantes.
(ZH) 一种水滑石基磁光薄膜材料的制备方法,该工艺利用金属离子吸附法沉积,在真空条件下得到水滑石基磁光薄膜前体,然后利用惰性气体洗涤、紫外固化等工艺得到成品薄膜材料。制备而成的水滑石基磁光薄膜材料,制作工艺简单、薄膜材料质地均匀致密、电性能好。
