Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a COA display panel and a manufacturing method thereof, and a COA display device. The COA display panel comprises a device layer (10) and a color resist layer (20) covering over the device layer (10). The color resist layer (20) has at least one through hole (21). An edge of an opening portion of the through hole (21) is curved. Since the opening portion of the through hole (21) is curved, a region near the opening portion of the through hole (21) is less angular, such that an alignment liquid can smoothly flow into the through hole (21) without accumulating at an edge of the through hole (21), thereby enabling normal display of an image, and effectively improving image quality.
(FR) L'invention concerne un panneau d'affichage COA et son procédé de fabrication, ainsi qu'un dispositif d'affichage COA. Le panneau d'affichage COA comprend une couche de dispositif (10) et une couche de réserve colorée (20) recouvrant la couche de dispositif (10). La couche de réserve colorée (20) comporte au moins un trou traversant (21). Un bord d'une partie d'ouverture du trou traversant (21) est incurvé. Étant donné que la partie d'ouverture du trou traversant (21) est incurvée, une région proche de la partie d'ouverture du trou traversant (21) est moins angulaire, de sorte qu'un liquide d'alignement peut s'écouler sans à-coups dans le trou traversant (21) sans s'accumuler au niveau d'un bord du trou traversant (21), ce qui permet l'affichage normal d'une image, et améliore efficacement la qualité d'image.
(ZH) 一种COA显示面板及其制作方法、COA显示装置,COA显示面板包括器件层(10)以及覆盖在器件层(10)上的色阻层(20),色阻层(20)上包括至少一个通孔(21),通孔(21)的开口的边缘为弧形。由于通孔(21)的开口为弧形,在通孔(21)开口附近能够形成较为平坦的地形,后续配向液能够顺利流入到通孔(21)中,而不会在通孔(21)的边缘位置堆积,使画面显示正常,有效改善画面质量。
