Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are an inner container plate, a preparation method and a refrigeration device thereof. The inner container plate (10) comprises: a micro-foaming layer (1), the materials of the micro-foaming layer comprising a base material and a foaming agent, wherein the weight ratio of the foaming agent in the materials of the micro-foaming layer is 1%-3%. By adding a foaming agent, in a certain proportion, to the raw material of the inner container plate, a material, such as ABS or HIPS, is used as the base material, and a single-layer or multi-layer co-extrusion process is used to complete the development of the micro-foaming inner container plate, thereby realizing weight reduction of the refrigerator inner container and reducing the production costs.
(FR) L'invention concerne une plaque de récipient interne, un procédé de préparation et un dispositif de réfrigération associé. La plaque de récipient interne (10) comprend : une couche micro-alvéolaire (1), les matériaux de la couche micro-alvéolaire comprenant un matériau de base et un agent gonflant, le rapport en poids de l'agent gonflant dans les matériaux de la couche micro-alvéolaire étant de 1 % à 3 %. En ajoutant une certaine proportion d'agent gonflant à la matière première de la plaque de récipient interne, un matériau tel que l'ABS ou l'HIPS est utilisé en tant que matériau de base et un processus de co-extrusion monocouche ou multicouche est utilisé pour achever le développement de la plaque de récipient interne micro-alvéolaire, ce qui permet de réaliser une réduction de poids du récipient interne de réfrigérateur et de réduire les coûts de production.
(ZH) 一种内胆板材及其制备方法和制冷设备。该内胆板材(10)包括:微发泡层(1),微发泡层材料包括基材和发泡剂,其中,在微发泡层材料中发泡剂的重量占比为1%-3%。通过在内胆板材的原料中添加一定比例的发泡剂,基材使用ABS或者HIPS等材料,利用单层或者多层共挤工艺,完成微发泡内胆板材开发,实现冰箱内胆减重,降低生产成本。
