Abstract:
(EN) A polishing machine and a rotation positioning mechanism thereof. The rotation positioning mechanism comprises a positioning ball (410), a fixing base (420), an elastic member (430), and an adjustment pin (440). The fixing base (420) is fixed on a bushing (20) of the polishing machine, and one side of the fixing base (420) is close to an indexing plate (10) of the polishing machine. An end surface of the fixing base (420) close to the bushing (20) is provided with a mounting slot (422). A bottom wall of the mounting slot (422) is provided with a first through hole (424) passing through a top end of the fixing base. A side wall of the mounting slot (422) close to the indexing plate (10) is provided with a second through hole (426). The adjustment pin (440) is provided in the mounting slot (422), and a top end of the adjustment pin (440) extends out of the first through hole (424). The elastic member (430) is located between the bushing (20) and the adjustment pin (440). When the adjustment pin (440) is pressed, the positioning ball (410) moves through the second through hole (426) and enters the mounting slot. When the adjustment pin (440) is released, a portion of the positioning ball (410) is held in a positioning hole (120) of the indexing plate (10). The convenient invention efficiently switches a relative state of the bushing (20) and the indexing plate (10).
(FR) L'invention porte sur une machine de polissage et son mécanisme de positionnement en rotation. Le mécanisme de positionnement en rotation comprend une bille de positionnement (410), une base de fixation (420), un élément élastique (430) et une broche de réglage (440).
