Abstract:
(EN) A laser module optical path automatic adjusting device and method, which are used for locating an optical axis (21) of an optical lens (2), a laser line (31) emitted by a laser (3), and a photosensitive line (11) of a photoelectric sensor (1) on the same plane, adjusting an exit spot (6) of the laser line (31) into a screen (5) by setting the screen (5), a camera (4), a control module (8), and an adjustment assembly (9), next, position information and imaging information about an initial point are recorded via the control module (8) and the camera (4), then controlling the exit spot (6) to move vertically along the initial point, and recording the position information about all points and the corresponding imaging information; then calculating and determining a vertical optimal point, then determining the optimal horizontal optimal point, finally moving the exit spot (6) to the optimal horizontal position point and fixing the laser (3). The three-line coplanar adjustment method for laser ranging has good effects and high adjustment efficiency.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de réglage automatique de trajet optique de module laser, utilisés pour localiser un axe optique (21) d'une lentille optique (2), une ligne laser (31) émise par un laser (3), et une ligne photosensible (11) d'un capteur photoélectrique (1) sur le même plan, régler un point de sortie (6) de la ligne laser (31) dans un écran (5) par le réglage de l'écran (5), d'une caméra (4), d'un module de commande (8), et d'un ensemble de réglage (9), ensuite des informations de position et des informations d'imagerie concernant un point initial sont enregistrées par l'intermédiaire du module de commande (8) et de la caméra (4), puis commander au point de sortie (6) de se déplacer verticalement le long du point initial, et enregistrer les informations de position concernant tous les points et les informations d'imagerie correspondantes ; puis calculer et déterminer un point optimal vertical, puis déterminer le point optimal horizontal optimal, déplacer finalement le point de sortie (6) vers le point de position horizontale optimal et fixer le laser (3).
