Abstract:
(EN) A microgravity self-closing floor drain and a drainage method, comprising: a housing (1) being of a concave or cup-like structure, having a bottom central hole (4), and connected to a drainage pipeline (5); a core body (2) located between the bottom central hole (4) of the housing (1) and a vertical inner wall (11) of the housing (1) and comprising a framework (21) fixed to the bottom of the housing (1), an outer wall (211) of the framework (21) and the vertical inner wall (11) of the housing forming a concave peripheral passage (6) for water leakage, and the framework (21) being designed with a through hole (212) to be communicated with the peripheral passage (6); a hinge (22) being of a flip-down integrated structure and comprising a rotating shaft portion (211) and a flip-down portion, the rotating shaft portion (211) being symmetrical about two ends of the upper portion of the hinge (22), the rotating shaft portion (211) being respectively axially attached to a shaft groove on the framework (21), and the hinge (22) being parallel to the inner wall (213) of the framework (21), and covering on the through hole (6); and a sealing plate (23) fixedly encapsulated on the framework (21).
(FR) L'invention concerne un drain de sol à auto-fermeture par microgravité et un procédé de drainage, comprenant : un boîtier (1) ayant une structure concave ou de type coupelle, ayant un trou central inférieur (4), et relié à une conduite de drainage (5) ; un corps de noyau (2) situé entre le trou central inférieur (4) du boîtier (1) et une paroi interne verticale (11) du boîtier (1) et comprenant un cadre (21) fixé au fond du boîtier (1), une paroi externe (211) du cadre (21) et la paroi interne verticale (11) du boîtier formant un passage périphérique concave (6) pour une fuite d'eau, et le cadre (21) étant conçu avec un trou traversant (212) destiné à communiquer avec le passage périphérique (6) ; une charnière (22) ayant une structure intégrée rabattable et comprenant une partie de tige rotative (211) et une partie rabattable, la partie de tige rotative (211) étant symétrique autour de deux extrémités de la partie supérieure de la charnière (22), la partie de tige rotative (211) étant respectivement fixée axialement à une rainure de tige sur le cadre (21), et la charnière (22) étant parallèle à la paroi interne (213) du cadre (21), et recouvrant le trou traversant (6) ; et une plaque d'étanchéité (23) encapsulée de manière fixe sur le cadre (21).
