Abstract:
(EN) In a general aspect, motion is detected using vector representations of channel responses. In some aspects, a first set of channel responses are obtained based on wireless signals transmitted through a space during a first time period. From the first set of channel responses, a set of orthogonal axes in a frequency vector domain are determined. A second channel response is obtained based on a wireless signal transmitted through the space during a second time period, and a channel vector representing the second channel response in the frequency vector domain is determined. Motion of an object in the space is detected based on a projection of the channel vector onto one of the set of orthogonal axes.
(FR) D'une manière générale, l'invention concerne la détection d'un mouvement à l'aide de représentations vectorielles de réponses de canal. Selon certains aspects, un premier ensemble de réponses de canal est obtenu en fonction de signaux sans fil émis à travers un espace pendant une première période. À partir du premier ensemble de réponses de canal, un ensemble d'axes orthogonaux dans un domaine vectoriel de fréquence est déterminé. Une seconde réponse de canal est obtenue en fonction d'un signal sans fil émis à travers l'espace pendant une seconde période, et un vecteur de canal représentant la seconde réponse de canal dans le domaine vectoriel de fréquence est déterminé. Le mouvement d'un objet dans l'espace est détecté en fonction d'une projection du vecteur de canal sur un axe orthogonal de l'ensemble d'axes orthogonaux.
