Abstract:
(EN) Noise-abatement for a leading edge wing slat is provided by a noise-abatement airflow shield integral with the lower trailing edge of the slat, wherein the shield is reciprocally autonomously curvable from a substantially planar configuration when the slat is in a retracted position thereof and into a convexly curved configuration when the slat is in a deployed position thereof.
(FR) La présente invention vise à réduire le bruit pour un bec de bord d'attaque au moyen d'un dispositif d'arrêt d'écoulement d'air à réduction de bruit intégré au bord de fuite inférieur du bec, le dispositif d'arrêt pouvant être incurvé dans un mouvement de va-et-vient de manière autonome, d'une configuration sensiblement plane lorsque le bec est dans sa position rétractée à une configuration incurvée de façon convexe lorsque le bec est dans sa position déployée.
