Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Statorkomponente für eine elektrische Maschine. Die erfindungsgemäße Statorkomponente umfasst eine Vielzahl von elektrischen Leiterelementen, welche in den Innennuten eines Statorpakets derart angeordnet sind, dass eine zumindest einschichtige Wicklung ausgebildet wird. Die elektrischen Leiterelemente sind zur Erzeugung der Wicklungsschichten derart in bzw. gegen die Umfangsrichtung gebogen sowie in Radialrichtung in bzw. wegweisend von der Hauptrotationsachse gebogen, dass dafür vorgesehene Leiterelemente von aneinander angrenzenden Lagen an ihren Leiterköpfen elektrisch miteinander verbunden sind.
(EN) The invention relates to a stator component for an electric machine. The stator component according to the invention comprises a plurality of electric conductor elements which are arranged in the inner grooves of a stator core such that an at least single-layer winding is formed. The electric conductor elements are curved in or against the circumferential direction and in the radial direction in or away from the main rotational axis in order to produce the winding layers such that the conductor elements of mutually adjoining layers provided for this purpose are electrically connected together at the conductor heads of said conductor elements.
(FR) L'invention concerne un composant de stator pour une machine électrique. Ce composant de stator selon l'invention comprend une pluralité d'éléments conducteurs électriques qui sont disposés dans les rainures intérieures d'un noyau feuilleté de manière à former un enroulement au moins monocouche. Pour produire les couches de l'enroulement, les éléments conducteurs électriques sont cintrés dans la direction circonférentielle ou à l’encontre de celle-ci et cintrés dans la direction radiale en direction de l'axe de rotation principal ou à l’opposé de celui-ci, de telle sorte que les éléments conducteurs de couches adjacentes prévus à cet effet sont reliés électriquement les uns aux autres par leur tête.
