Abstract:
(EN) A gas sensor element (1) for detecting a specific gas component in a monitored gas is provided with: an elongated-plate-shaped element body (2) having a gas detection part (20) at an end section at the distal end surface (21) side in a longitudinal direction (X); and a porous protective layer (3) provided so as to cover the periphery of the end section at the end surface side of the element body. In a cross section including two adjacent surfaces from the end surface and from among the multiple side surfaces (22) connected to the end surface, the protective layer is shaped in such a manner that an outer surface (31) opposite an element corner section (23) where said two surfaces meet has a corner section (4). The corner section has a ratio (D/L) of 1.5 or more, where D represents an assumed diameter of a waterdrop (W) contained in the monitored gas in the usage environment, and L represents the effective length of the corner section in the cross section.
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément de capteur de gaz (1) permettant de détecter un composant de gaz spécifique dans un gaz surveillé comprenant : un corps d'élément en forme de plaque allongée (2) possédant une partie détection de gaz (20) au niveau d'une section d'extrémité au niveau du côté de la surface d'extrémité distale (21) dans une direction longitudinale (X) ; et une couche de protection poreuse (3) située de façon à recouvrir la périphérie de la section d'extrémité au niveau du côté de la surface d'extrémité du corps d'élément. Dans une section transversale comprenant deux surfaces adjacentes à partir de la surface d'extrémité et parmi les multiples surfaces latérales (22) reliée à la surface d'extrémité, la couche de protection est formée de telle sorte qu'une surface externe (31) opposée à une section d'angle d'élément (23) où lesdites deux surfaces se rencontrent présente une section de coin (4). La section d'angle présente un rapport (D/L) de 1,5 ou plus, D représentant un diamètre supposé d'une goutte d'eau (W) contenue dans le gaz surveillé dans l'environnement d'utilisation, et L représentant la longueur effective de la section de coin dans la section transversale.
(JA) 被測定ガス中の特定ガス成分を検出するガスセンサ素子(1)は、長手方向(X)の先端面(21)側の端部にガス検知部(20)を有する、長板状の素子本体(2)と、上記素子本体の上記一端面側の端部外周を覆って設けられる、多孔質の保護層(3)とを備えており、上記保護層は、上記一端面及び上記一端面に連なる複数の側面(22)のうち、隣り合う2つの面を含む断面において、上記2つの面が交わる素子角部(23)と対向する外表面(31)が、角部(4)を有する形状であり、上記角部は、使用環境にて被測定ガスに含まれる水滴(W)の想定直径(D)と、上記断面における上記角部の有効長(L)との比率(D/L)が、1.5以上である。
