Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a damper capable of braking a moving member which reciprocates along an axis, using a braking force having a hysteresis characteristic. A damper (100) includes a cylindrical housing (2) into which a push rod (8) is inserted in the direction of an axis (O) thereof, and a braking mechanism which is accommodated in the housing (2) and which brakes the push rod (8) using a braking force having a hysteresis characteristic, wherein the damper is attached using a master cylinder attachment space of a clutch pedal unit. In the braking mechanism of the damper (100), engagement between a helical cam groove formed in an inner wall of the housing (2) and a guide protrusion (63) formed on an outer circumference (62) of a rotating friction disk (6) causes reciprocating linear motion of the push rod (8) to be converted into rotating motion of the rotating friction disk (6), and other friction disks (5), (7) disposed on either side of the rotating friction disk (6) are pressed against sliding surfaces (60), (61) of the rotating friction disk (6) by an elastic force of a coil spring (4) corresponding to an amount of displacement of the push rod (8).
(FR) L'invention concerne un amortisseur apte à freiner un élément mobile qui effectue un va-et-vient le long d'un axe, à l'aide d'une force de freinage ayant une caractéristique d'hystérésis. A cet effet, selon l'invention, un amortisseur (100) comprend un boîtier cylindrique (2) dans lequel une tige de poussée (8) est insérée dans la direction d'un axe (O) de celui-ci, et un mécanisme de freinage qui est logé dans le boîtier (2) et qui freine la tige de poussée (8) à l'aide d'une force de freinage ayant une caractéristique d'hystérésis, lequel amortisseur est attaché à l'aide d'un espace d'attachement de maître-cylindre d'une unité de pédale d'embrayage. Dans le mécanisme de freinage de l'amortisseur (100), une prise entre une rainure de came hélicoïdale formée dans une paroi interne du boîtier (2) et une saillie de guidage (63) formée sur une périphérie externe (62) d'un disque de frottement rotatif (6) provoque la conversion d'un mouvement linéaire de va-et-vient de la tige de poussée (8) en un mouvement de rotation du disque de frottement rotatif (6), et d'autres disques de frottement (5), (7) disposés de chaque côté du disque de frottement rotatif (6) sont pressés contre des surfaces de glissement (60), (61) du disque de frottement rotatif (6) par une force élastique d'un ressort hélicoïdal (4) en correspondance avec une quantité de déplacement de la tige de poussée (8).
