Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a vehicle seat core material which is to be integrated with a cushion material to configure a vehicle seat pad, wherein a means for improving the joining property of the vehicle seat core material to the cushion material without significantly impairing mechanical and physical properties of the vehicle seat core material is provided. A vehicle seat core material (10), which is used for forming a vehicle seat pad (1) by being integrated with a cushion material (40), includes a foamed resin molded body (20) obtained by filling a cavity (101) of a mold (100) with a plurality of foamed resin particles (21) and performing in-mold foaming and molding. A region (20c) which is at least a part of a front surface (20A) of the foamed resin molded body, to which the cushion material is joined when forming the vehicle seat pad, has a front surface elongation of 40%-85%. The foamed resin molded body has a first fusion rate of 95% or more or a second fusion rate of 60% or more.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau de noyau de siège de véhicule qui doit être associé à un matériau de coussin pour concevoir un coussin de siège de véhicule, un moyen étant fourni pour améliorer la propriété de liaison du matériau de noyau de siège de véhicule au matériau de coussin sans affecter de manière significative des propriétés mécaniques et physiques du matériau de noyau de siège de véhicule. Un matériau de noyau de siège de véhicule (10), qui est utilisé pour former un coussin de siège de véhicule (1) en étant associé à un matériau de coussin (40), comprend un corps moulé en résine expansée (20) obtenu par le remplissage d'une cavité (101) d'un moule (100) avec une pluralité de particules de résine expansée (21) et la réalisation d'un moussage et d'un moulage dans le moule. Une région (20c) qui est au moins une partie d'une surface avant (20A) du corps moulé en résine expansée, auquel le matériau de coussin est joint lors de la formation du coussin de siège de véhicule, a un allongement de surface avant de 40 % à 85 %. Le corps moulé en résine expansée a un premier taux de fusion de 95 % ou plus ou un second taux de fusion de 60 % ou plus.
(JA) 本発明は、クッション材と一体化して車両用シートパッドを構成する車両用シート芯材において、機械的物性を大きく損なうことなく、クッション材との接合性を高める手段を提供する。 車両用シート芯材(10)は、クッション材(40)と一体化されて車両用シートパッド(1)を形成するための、車両用シート芯材であって、成形型(100)のキャビティ(101)内に複数の発泡樹脂粒子(21)を充填し型内発泡成形した発泡樹脂成形体(20)を含み、発泡樹脂成形体の、車両用シートパッドを形成する際にクッション材が接合される表面(20A)の少なくとも一部の領域(20c)が、表面伸び率が40~85%の領域であり、発泡樹脂成形体の第1融着率が95%以上又は第2融着率が60%以上であることを特徴とする。
