Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To address the issues with the conventional acoustic panel that may be susceptible to fiber scattering and cause skin irritation (tingling sensation) and that may be difficult to handle due to the panel's low structural integrity. [Solution] An acoustic panel is made up of a perforated board having a hole size that is smaller than a fiber length, for example a laminate of an expanded metal and a honeycomb material with felt-like fibers interposed therebetween and bonded to the expanded metal and to the honeycomb material with an adhesive. The adhesive applied to the perforated board permeates the surface of the felt-like fibers that are exposed from holes to thus fix the fibers on the surface, thereby preventing the fiber from scattering and causing skin irritation. The felt-like fibers facing the edge of a wall that forms cells of the honeycomb material are greatly compressed and a composite structure of an adhesive resin and the felt-like fibers is created around the wall to improve the strength, thereby securing the structural integrity of the acoustic panel.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de résoudre les problèmes de panneau acoustique classique qui peut être sensible à la diffusion de fibre et provoquer une irritation de la peau (sensation de picotement) et qui peut être difficile à manipuler en raison de la faible intégrité structurelle du panneau. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un panneau acoustique qui est constitué d'une plaque perforée ayant une taille de trou qui est inférieure à une longueur de fibre, par exemple un stratifié d'un métal expansé et d'un matériau alvéolaire avec des fibres de type feutre interposées entre ceux-ci et liées au métal expansé et au matériau alvéolaire avec un adhésif. L'adhésif appliqué sur la plaque perforée imprègne la surface des fibres de type feutre qui sont exposées à partir de trous pour fixer ainsi les fibres sur la surface, empêchant ainsi la fibre de se diffuser et de provoquer une irritation de la peau. Les fibres de type feutre faisant face au bord d'une paroi qui forme les cellules du matériau alvéolaire sont fortement comprimées et une structure composite d'une résine adhésive et les fibres de type feutre est créée autour de la paroi pour améliorer la résistance, ce qui permet de garantir l'intégrité structurelle du panneau acoustique.
(JA) 【課題】 従来の吸音パネルは、繊維の飛散、肌への刺激(チクチク感)が有り、また自立性が低く取扱いしにくいといった課題が有った。 【解決手段】 繊維長より小さい穴サイズを有する穴あき板、たとえばエキスパンドメタルとハニカム材の間にフェルト状繊維を挟んで積層し、それぞれを接着剤によって接着してなる吸音パネルにおいて、穴あき板に塗布した接着剤を穴から露出しているフェルト状繊維の表面に浸透させることで、表面の繊維を固定して繊維の飛散、肌への刺激を防止した。また、ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の先端部と対向するフェルト状繊維を強く圧縮し、また壁の周囲で接着剤樹脂とフェルト状繊維が複合した構造を形成して強度を向上し、吸音パネルの自立性を確保した。
