Abstract
(EN) In this mould 10 for vulcanizing and moulding a tire, an annular tread mould 11 which presses a tread portion of a green tire inserted into the mould is formed by a plurality of segments 12 divided in the circumferential direction of the inserted tire. Each of the segments 12 is provided with a design surface mould 13, and a holder member 15 which holds the design surface mould 13, and transfers heat from a heating device. Each of the design surface moulds 13 comprises a plurality of piece members 14 divided in the width direction of the tire inserted into the mould. Accordingly, the formation of spews is avoided, a reduction in the temperature difference between tire shoulder portions and a portion in the centre or in the vicinity of the centre of the tread portion in the width direction of the tire during vulcanization is achieved, the difference in the property values of each region is reduced, tire performance is improved, and the workability and strength of the mould are improved.
(FR) Dans la matrice pour moulage par vulcanisation de pneumatique (10) de l'invention, un moule de bande de roulement (11) de forme torique dans lequel est pressée une partie bande de roulement d'un pneumatique cru introduit à l'intérieur de la matrice, est configuré par une pluralité de segments (12) divisée dans la direction périphérique du pneumatique ainsi introduit. Chaque segment (12) est équipé d'un motif de face de conception (13), et d'un élément support maintenant le motif de face de conception (13) et transmettant une chaleur provenant d'un dispositif de chauffage. Le motif de face de conception (13) est constitué d'une pluralité d'éléments pièce (14) divisée dans une direction largeur de pneumatique qui est introduite à l'intérieur de la matrice. Par conséquent, tout en évitant l'apparition de bavure, la différence de températures est atténuée entre une partie épaulement de pneumatique lors de la vulcanisation et le centre dans la direction largeur de pneumatique ou les abords de la partie bande de roulement, les performances du pneumatique sont améliorées en réduisant les différences de valeurs de propriétés physiques pour chaque zone, et les propriétés d'usinage ainsi que la résistance de la matrice sont également améliorées.
(JA) タイヤ加硫成形用金型10において、同金型内へ装入される生タイヤのトレッド部を押圧する円環状のトレッドモールド11が、装入タイヤの周方向に分割された複数のセグメント12により構成され、各セグメント12は、意匠面型13と、意匠面型13を保持し加熱装置から熱を伝達するホルダ部材15とを備え、意匠面型13は、金型内へ装入されるタイヤ幅方向に分割された複数のピース部材14からなる。これにより、スピューの生成を回避しつつ、加硫時のタイヤショルダー部とトレッド部のタイヤ幅方向中央および近傍との温度差の低減を図り、部位ごとの物性値の差異を少なくしてタイヤの性能を向上させ、金型の加工性や強度を向上させる。
