Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide an expansion valve comprising an improved vibration control mechanism. In order to do so, in the present invention an expansion valve comprises: a valve main body; a valve body; a bias member which biases the valve body towards a valve seat; an operation rod which contacts the valve body, and resists the biasing force from the bias member and presses the valve body in the valve-opening direction; and a vibration control spring which suppresses the vibration of the valve body. The operation rod is inserted into an operation rod through-hole provided to the valve main body. The vibration control spring includes a legged spring having a base part and a plurality of leg parts which extend from the base part. The legged spring is positioned inside a valve chamber so that the center axis of the legged spring is not the same as the center axis of the operation rod through-hole.
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de fournir un détendeur comprenant un mécanisme anti-vibrations amélioré. Pour ce faire, le détendeur de la présente invention comprend: un corps principal de soupape; un corps de soupape; un élément de sollicitation qui sollicite le corps de soupape vers un siège de soupape; une tige d'actionnement qui entre en contact avec le corps de soupape, et qui résiste à la force de sollicitation provenant de l'élément de sollicitation et qui presse le corps de soupape dans la direction d'ouverture de soupape; et un ressort anti-vibrations qui supprime la vibration du corps de soupape. La tige d'actionnement est insérée dans un trou traversant de tige d'actionnement ménagé dans le corps principal de soupape. Le ressort anti-vibrations comprend un ressort à jambes ayant une partie de base et une pluralité de parties de jambe qui s'étendent à partir de la partie de base. Le ressort à jambes est positionné à l'intérieur d'une chambre de soupape de telle sorte que l'axe central du ressort à jambes ne soit pas le même que l'axe central du trou traversant de tige d'actionnement.
(JA) 本発明は、改良された防振機構を備える膨張弁を提供することを目的とする。このため、本発明において、膨張弁は、弁本体と、弁体と、弁体を弁座に向けて付勢する付勢部材と、弁体に接触し、付勢部材による付勢力に抗して弁体を開弁方向に押圧する作動棒と、弁体の振動を抑制する防振ばねとを具備する。作動棒は、弁本体に設けられた作動棒挿通孔に挿通されている。防振ばねは、基部と、基部から延在する複数の脚部とを有する脚付ばねを含む。脚付ばねは、脚付ばねの中心軸が、作動棒挿通孔の中心軸と不一致となるように弁室内に配置されている。
