Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method (100) for producing a telescopic lifting column (12), more particularly for use in a piece of furniture, having a first column segment (16) and a second column segment (18) that can be guided in a longitudinally displaceable manner in the first column segment (16) in a sliding clearance positive fit by means of a sliding guiding device (26). The method is characterised in that the sliding guiding device (26) is heated and moved along a movement axis B relative to the first column segment, wherein the sliding guiding device (26) is calibrated to the clear opening cross-section A of the end-face opening (34) of the first column segment (16) by means of plastic deformation on a calibration chamfer (44) and/or by means of shearing material (62) off an edge (60) of the sliding guiding device (26). The second column segment (18) is inserted into the first column segment (16) along the movement axis B via the end-face opening (34) of the first column segment (16). The second column segment (18) is inserted into the first column segment (16) via a calibration apparatus (32) with a through-passage (36), the inner cross-section (42) of said calibration device tapering axially in the direction of the end-face opening (34) of the first column segment (16).
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé (100) de fabrication d’une colonne de levage télescopique (12), en particulier destinée à être utilisée pour un meuble, comportant un premier segment de colonne (16) et un second segment de colonne (18) qui est guidé par complémentarité de forme et avec un jeu de coulissement dans le premier segment de colonne (16) par l’intermédiaire d’un dispositif de guidage coulissant (26) de manière à pouvoir se déplacer longitudinalement. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de guidage coulissant (26) est chauffé et déplacé le long d’un axe de déplacement B par rapport au premier segment de colonne, le dispositif de guidage coulissant (26) étant calibré par déformation plastique au niveau d’un chanfrein de calibrage (44) et/ou par cisaillement du matériau (62) du dispositif de guidage coulissant (26) au niveau d’un bord (60) sur la section d'ouverture intérieure A de l’ouverture côté frontal (34) du premier segment de colonne (16). Le second segment de colonne (18) est introduit dans le premier segment de colonne (16) le long de l'axe de déplacement B par l'ouverture côté frontal (34) du premier segment de colonne (16). Le second segment de colonne (18) est introduit par l’intermédiaire d’un dispositif de calibrage (32) muni d’un passage (36) dans le premier segment de colonne (16) dont la section transversale intérieure (42) s’amincit en direction de l’ouverture côté frontal (34) du premier segment de colonne (16).
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren (100) zum Hersteilen einer teieskopierbaren Hubsäule (12), insbesondere zur Verwendung bei einem Möbelstück, mit einem ersten Säulensegment (16) und mit einem zweiten Säulensegment (18), das im ersten Säulensegment (16) über eine Gleitführungseinrichtung (26) im Gleitspiel- Formschluss längsverschiebbar geführt ist. Das Verfahren zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Gleitführungseinrichtung (26) aufgeheizt und entlang einer Bewegungsachse B relativ zum ersten Säulensegment bewegt wird, wobei die Gleitführungseinrichtung (26) durch plastisches Verformen an einer Kalibrierschräge (44) und/oder durch Abscheren von Material (62) von der Gleitführungseinrichtung (26) an einer Kante (60) auf den lichten Öffnungsquerschnitt A der stirnseitigen Öffnung (34) des ersten Säulensegments (16) kalibriert wird. Das zweite Säulensegment (18) wird entlang der Bewegungsachse B über die stirnseitige Öffnung (34) des ersten Säulensegments (16) in das erste Säulensegment (16) eingeschoben. Das zweite Säulensegment (18) wird über eine Kalibriervorrichtung (32) mit einer Durchführung (36) in das erste Säulensegment (16) eingeschoben, deren Innenquerschnitt (42) sich axial in Richtung auf die stirnseitige Öffnung (34) des ersten Säulensegments (16) hin verjüngt.
