Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are an oscillating device and a tower fan. The oscillating device comprises: a fixed assembly; a rotating assembly, rotatably mounted to the fixed assembly; a driving assembly (50), mounted on the rotating assembly and being capable of driving the rotating assembly to rotate relative to the fixed assembly in a reciprocating manner; and a rolling body assembly, arranged between the fixed assembly and the rotating assembly, and respectively being in rolling cooperation with the fixed assembly and the rotating assembly. By arranging the rolling body assembly between the fixed assembly and the rotating assembly, and the manner of contact being a point contact or a line contact during a cooperating process, an oscillating process of the tower fan provided with the oscillating device becomes more smooth and stable. Relative to the two-conical-surface cooperating mode employed in the prior art, there is no need to machine a conical surface on a part of the fixed assembly and of the rotating assembly in the present invention, therefore preventing the resulting problem of having difficulty during the manufacturing and assembling of same, and improving the stability of the entire machine of the tower fan.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif oscillant et un ventilateur de tour. La présente invention a trait à un dispositif oscillant comprenant: un ensemble fixe; un ensemble rotatif, monté rotatif sur l'ensemble fixe; un ensemble d'entraînement (50), monté sur l'ensemble rotatif et pouvant entraîner l'ensemble rotatif en rotation par rapport à l'ensemble fixe d'une manière alternative; et un ensemble corps de roulement, disposé entre l'ensemble fixe et l'ensemble rotatif, et étant respectivement en coopération de roulement avec l'ensemble fixe et l'ensemble rotatif. En agençant l'ensemble corps de roulement entre l'ensemble fixe et l'ensemble rotatif, et le type de contact étant un contact ponctuel ou un contact de ligne pendant un processus de coopération, un processus d'oscillation du ventilateur de tour pourvu du dispositif oscillant devient plus lisse et stable. Par rapport au mode de coopération à deux surfaces coniques utilisé dans l'état de la technique, il n'est pas nécessaire d'usiner une surface conique sur une partie de l'ensemble fixe et de l'ensemble rotatif dans la présente invention, ce qui permet d'éviter le problème résultant de difficultés lors de la fabrication et de l'assemblage et améliore la stabilité de l'ensemble de la machine du ventilateur de tour.
(ZH) 一种摇头装置及塔扇,所述摇头装置包括:固定组件;转动组件,可转动地安装在固定组件上;驱动组件(50),安装在转动组件上并可驱动转动组件相对固定组件往复转动;滚动体组件,滚动体组件设置在固定组件与转动组件之间,且分别与固定组件和转动组件滚动配合。通过在固定组件和转动组件之间设置滚动体组件,配合过程中接触方式为点接触或者线接触,使装有该摇头装置的塔扇的摇头过程更加的顺畅和稳定,相对于现有技术中采用的两锥面的配合方式,其无需在固定组件和转动组件的零件上加工锥面,避免了由此导致的制造装配难度大的问题,从而提高了塔扇的整机稳定性。
