Abstract:
(EN) Provided are an OLED display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The method comprises: forming a recess (101) at a first substrate (10); arranging an alignment mark (102) outside of the recess (101); forming a second substrate (20) inside the recess (101); and sequentially forming a thin film transistor layer (30) and a pixel array layer (50) at the second substrate (20). The invention enables precise alignment of the first substrate (10) with a mask plate during manufacturing of the pixel array layer (50), and ensures that the second substrate (20) does not deform in a vapor deposition process, thereby preventing occurrence of color mixing during vapor deposition.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage OLED et son procédé de fabrication. Le procédé comprend : la formation d'un évidement (101) au niveau d'un premier substrat (10) ; l'agencement d'une marque d'alignement (102) à l'extérieur de l'évidement (101) ; la formation d'un second substrat (20) à l'intérieur de l'évidement (101) ; et la formation séquentielle d'une couche de transistor à couches minces (30) et d'une couche de matrice de pixels (50) au niveau du second substrat (20). L'invention permet un alignement précis du premier substrat (10) avec une plaque de masque pendant la fabrication de la couche de matrice de pixels (50), et assure que le second substrat (20) ne se déforme pas dans un processus de dépôt en phase vapeur, empêchant ainsi l'apparition d'un mélange de couleurs pendant le dépôt en phase vapeur.
(ZH) 一种OLED显示装置及其制备方法,方法包括在第一基板(10)上形成凹槽(101);在凹槽(101)外设置对位标记(102);在凹槽(101)内形成第二基板(20);在第二基板(20)上依次形成薄膜晶体管层(30)和像素阵列层(50)。其能够使得在制备像素阵列层(50)时第一基板(10)与掩膜板的对位准确,并且第二基板(20)在蒸镀制程中不会产生形变,避免蒸镀混色的问题。
