Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a 125 °C EV new energy vehicle high-voltage cable insulating material and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises: adding various materials into a high-speed mixer in a certain weight ratio and stirring same at a high speed to obtain a mixed material, cooling the mixed material, and then adding same into a twin-screw pelletizer for forced air cooling and hot cutting so as to obtain a final product. The insulating material prepared by the described method has characteristics of a good soft feel, a good oil resistance, a high tear strength, a light weight, good flame retardancy, being easy to extrude, being able to be irradiation crosslinked and the like, being suitable for EV new energy vehicle high-voltage cables.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau isolant 125 °C de câble haute tension pour véhicule EV à nouvelle énergie et son procédé de préparation. Le procédé comprend: l'ajout de divers matériaux dans un mélangeur haute vitesse à un rapport de poids particulier et leur agitation à une vitesse élevée pour obtenir un matériau mélangé, le refroidissement du matériau mélangé, et son introduction dans un granulateur double vis permettant un refroidissement par air forcé et une découpe à chaud de façon à obtenir un produit final. Le matériau isolant préparé par le procédé de l'invention présente, comme caractéristiques, un toucher assez doux, une bonne résistance à l'huile, une résistance élevée à la déchirure, un poids léger et un bon effet ignifuge, et il est facile à extruder et peut être réticulé sous l'effet d'un rayonnement, entre autres, en étant approprié pour des câbles haute tension destinés aux véhicules EV à nouvelle énergie.
(ZH) 本发明提供一种125℃EV新能源车内高压线绝缘料及制备方法,该方法包括将各种物料按重量比加入到高混机中进行高速搅拌,得到拌料,冷却后加入到双螺杆造粒机进行风冷热切制得成品。通过上述方法制备的绝缘料具有柔软手感好、耐油好、撕裂强度大、比重轻、阻燃好、好挤出、可辐照交联等特点,适用于EV新能源车内高压线。
