Abstract:
(EN) A radio frequency power amplifier is disclosed. The radio frequency power amplifier includes a conducting pattern which includes a shunt composite resonator including a plurality of sub-spiral resonators for a plurality of adjacent harmonic bands. Therefore, some harmonic bands (such as the 2nd harmonic band and 3rd harmonic band) are implemented independently. Furthermore, the harmonic termination is independent and may not impact one or more fundamental components during matching a network. In addition, it may not take up more space and can be sufficiently compact. Furthermore, sufficient wide harmonic response bandwidth may be provided.
(FR) L'invention concerne un amplificateur de puissance radiofréquence. L'amplificateur de puissance radiofréquence comprend un motif conducteur qui comprend un résonateur composite de dérivation comprenant une pluralité de résonateurs sous-hélicoïdaux correspondant à une pluralité de bandes harmoniques adjacentes. De ce fait, certaines bandes harmoniques (telles que la 2ème bande harmonique et la 3ème bande harmonique) sont mises en place indépendamment. En outre, la terminaison harmonique est indépendante et ne peut pas impacter une ou plusieurs composantes fondamentales pendant l'adaptation d'un réseau. De plus, elle ne peut pas occuper plus d'espace et peut être suffisamment compacte. Du reste, cela permet de fournir une largeur de bande de réponse harmonique suffisamment large.
