Abstract:
(EN) An insulated and potted single-phase high-voltage booster transformer, comprising a primary coil (120), a secondary coil (140), and a core (150). A high-voltage capacitor (C10) is connected in parallel between the primary coil and the core or between the secondary coil and the core. The high-voltage capacitor meets the condition that the ratio of total capacitance (C1) between the core and the primary stage to the total capacitance (C2) between the core and the secondary stage is equal to the ratio of the withstand voltage (U20) of the secondary coil of the transformer with respect to the core to the withstand voltage (U10) of the primary coil with respect to the core. While ensuring insulation between the primary stage and the core and between the secondary stage and the core, the present invention avoids over-design and reduces design costs, and enables, when performing a withstand voltage test of the transformer for the secondary stage to the primary stage, voltages of the secondary and primary stages with respect to the core to be in corresponding insulation withstand voltage ranges.
(FR) L'invention concerne un transformateur survolteur à haute tension, monophasé, isolé et encapsulé, comprenant une bobine primaire (120), une bobine secondaire (140) et un noyau (150). Un condensateur à haute tension (C10) est connecté en parallèle entre la bobine primaire et le noyau ou entre la bobine secondaire et le noyau. Le condensateur à haute tension satisfait à la condition selon laquelle le rapport de la capacité totale (C1) entre le noyau et l'étage primaire à la capacité totale (C2) entre le noyau et l'étage secondaire est égal au rapport de la tension de tenue (U20) de la bobine secondaire du transformateur par rapport au noyau à la tension de tenue (U10) de la bobine primaire par rapport au noyau. Tout en assurant une isolation entre l'étage primaire et le noyau et entre l'étage secondaire et le noyau, la présente invention évite le surdimensionnement et réduit les coûts de conception, et permet, lors de la réalisation d'un essai de tension de tenue du transformateur pour l'étage secondaire à l'étage primaire, que les tensions des étages secondaire et primaire par rapport au noyau soient dans des plages de tension de tenue d'isolation correspondantes.
