Abstract:
(EN) An Methylobacterium zatmanni strain MR1 preserved in the China Center for Type Culture Collection with the preservation number of CCTCC M 2017322. The MR1 is a methylotrophic bacterium obtained by separating formaldehyde-domesticated sodium alginate-embedded activated sludge with an inorganic salt culture medium of the MR1, can grow in the culture medium using formaldehyde as the unique carbon source, has a resistance up to 30mM to formaldehyde on a solid culture medium, grows normally in a liquid culture medium in which 5mM methanol and 2-15 mM formaldehyde are added, and has a relatively high removal rate to formaldehyde of high concentration in the culture medium. The MR1 can further grow in the inorganic salt culture medium using sodium acetate, sodium malate or sodium citrate as the unique carbon source, wherein the MR1 grows best when sodium malate is adopted as the carbon source. The added benzene series can be removed when the MR1 grows in the culture medium containing sodium acetate, sodium malate or sodium citrate, and the removal rate is 100%.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une souche de Methylobacterium zatmanni MR1 conservée au Centre chinois pour la collecte de culture type sous le numéro de conservation CCTCC M 2017322. Le MR1 est une bactérie méthylotrophe obtenue par séparation de boues activées incluses dans l'alginate de sodium et domestiquées avec du formaldéhyde avec un milieu de culture de sel inorganique du MR1, peut se développer dans le milieu de culture à l'aide de formaldéhyde en tant que source de carbone unique, résiste au formaldéhyde jusqu'à 30 mM sur un milieu de culture solide, se développe normalement dans un milieu de culture liquide dans lequel 5 mM de méthanol et 2 à 15 mM de formaldéhyde sont ajoutés, et a un taux d'élimination relativement élevé au formaldéhyde en une concentration élevée dans le milieu de culture. Le MR1 peut en outre se développer dans le milieu de culture de sel inorganique à l'aide d'acétate de sodium, de malate de sodium ou de citrate de sodium en tant que source de carbone unique, le MR1 se développant mieux lorsque le malate de sodium est adopté en tant que source de carbone. La série benzénique ajoutée peut être retirée lorsque le MR1 se développe dans le milieu de culture contenant de l'acétate de sodium, du malate de sodium ou du citrate de sodium, et le taux d'élimination est de 100 %.
(ZH) 一株甲基菌(Methylobacterium zatmanni strain)MR1,其在中国典型培养物保藏中心的保藏编号为CCTCC M 2017322,该甲基菌是以甲醛驯化海藻酸钠包埋的活性污泥为材料,用甲基菌的无机盐培养基分离而得的一种甲基营养型细菌,能在以甲醛为唯一碳源的培养基中生长,其在固体培养基上对甲醛的抗性高达30mM,在添加5mM甲醇和2-15mM甲醛的液体培养基中正常生长,对培养基中高浓度的甲醛有较高的去除率。MR1还能在以乙酸钠、苹果酸钠或柠檬酸钠为唯一碳源的无机盐培养基中生长,其中以苹果酸钠为碳源时生长最好。在含有乙酸钠或苹果酸钠或柠檬酸钠培养基中生长时可去除添加的苯系物,去除率达100%。
