Abstract:
(EN) The patent of invention relates to a vehicle dynamic weighing and speed monitoring system, for vehicles on roads, for monitoring variables relating to road traffic, traffic control, maintenance and infrastructure, traffic problem diagnostics, toll road charging and the implementation of fines, by means of fibre-optic technology with quasi-distributed individual sensors which allow a rapid response, which can be encapsulated, which facilitate the process of installation and/or protect the sensing optical fibre, which use specific materials, it being possible for them to be installed such as to provide advanced configurations of optical networks, and which offer the advantages of costing less and having a longer working life when compared to others; the sensors may be multiplexed; they have high spatial resolution transversely to the road surface; and the manufacturing technology is simple, inexpensive and transferable based on associated costs.
(FR) Le présent brevet d’invention concerne un système de surveillance de pesage dynamique de véhicules et de vitesse de véhicules sur route, pour la surveillance de variables de trafic routier, de contrôle de trafic, d’entretien et d’infrastructure, de diagnostic de problèmes de trafic, de tarification sur des routes à péages, et pour l’application d’amendes, grâce à une technologie à fibre optique avec capteurs ponctuels et quasi distribués, qui permettent de fournir une réponse rapide, d’être encapsulés, de faciliter le processus d’installation et/ou de protéger la fibre optique de détection, utilisant des matériaux spécifiques et pouvant être installés avec des configurations avancées de réseaux optiques, se caractérisant avantageusement en ce qu’ils présentent un coût inférieur et une vie utile prolongée par comparaison avec les autres capteurs, lesdits capteurs pouvant être multiplexés, posséder une haute résolution spatiale transversalement à la chaussée. En outre, la technologie pour leur fabrication est simple et peu coûteuse, outre sa transférablité en fonction de coûts associés.
(PT) 1/1 RESUMO "SISTEMA DE MONITORAMENTO DE PESAGEM DINÂMICA E DE VELOCIDADE DE VEÍCULOS EM PISTA" Refere-se a patente de invenção de sistema de monitoramento de pesagem dinâmica de veículos e velocidade de veículos em pistas, para monitoramento de variáveis de tráfego rodoviário, de controle de tráfego, de manutenção e infraestrutura, de diagnóstico de problemas de tráfego, de tarifação em rodovias pedagiadas e na aplicação de multas, através de tecnologia de fibra ótica com sensores pontuais e quasi-distribuídos, que permitem resposta rápida, ser encapsulados, facilitar o processo de instalação e/ou proteger a fibra ótica sensora, empregar materiais específicos podendo serem instalados com configurações avançadas de redes óticas e com vantagens de possuir custo inferior e vida útil prolongada se comparada aos demais; os sensores poderem ser multiplexados; possuírem alta resolução espacial transversalmente ao pavimento; a tecnologia de fabricação ser simples e barata e transferível em função de custos associados.
