Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a dynamic vibration attenuation system (10) for a granular material silo (8). The system (10) comprises a sensor arrangement (12), a processor (16), and a damping arrangement (24). The sensor arrangement (12) is configured for operatively sensing, over a period comprising a plurality of instances of time, a displacement of the silo (8), a weight of granular material in the silo (8), and a flow rate of granular material discharged from the silo (8). The processor (16) is arranged in signal communication with the sensor arrangement (12) and is configured to calculate, at each instance of time, a resultant dynamic force from the sensed displacement, weight and flow rate. System (10) further includes damping arrangement (24) which is operatively responsive to the processor (16) and is configured to dynamically dampen the resultant dynamic force in order to maintain vibration amplitudes in the silo structure (9) below a user-selectable threshold.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système d'atténuation des vibrations dynamiques (10) pour un silo de matériau granulaire (8). Le système (10) comprend un arrangement capteur (12), un processeur (16) et un arrangement d'amortissement (24). L'arrangement capteur (12) est configuré pour détecter fonctionnellement, sur une période comprenant une pluralité d'instances de temps, un déplacement du silo (8), un poids de matériau granulaire dans le silo (8) et un débit de matériau granulaire évacué du silo (8). Le processeur (16) est monté en communication de signal avec l'arrangement capteur (12) et il est configuré pour calculer, à chaque instance de temps, une force dynamique résultante à partir du déplacement, du poids et du débit détectés. Le système (10) comprend en outre un arrangement d'amortissement (24) qui réagit fonctionnellement au processeur (16) et qui est configuré pour amortir dynamiquement la force dynamique résultante afin de maintenir les amplitudes de vibration dans la structure de silo (9) au-dessous d'un seuil sélectionnable par l'utilisateur.
