Abstract:
(EN) Methods for processing data acquired using ultrasound elastography, in which shear waves are generated in a subject using continuous vibration of the ultrasound transducer, are described. The described methods can effectively separate shear wave signals from signals corresponding to residual motion artifacts associated with vibration of the ultrasound transducer. The systems and methods described here also provide for real-time visualization of shear waves propagating in the subject.
(FR) L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés de traitement de données acquises à l'aide d'une élastographie à ultrasons, dans lesquels des ondes de cisaillement sont générées chez un sujet à l'aide d'une vibration continue d'un transducteur à ultrasons. Les procédés de l'invention permettent de séparer efficacement des signaux d'ondes de cisaillement de signaux correspondant à des artéfacts de mouvement résiduels associés à une vibration du transducteur à ultrasons. Les systèmes et les procédés de l'invention fournissent également une visualisation en temps réel d'ondes de cisaillement se propageant chez le sujet.
