Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a solution containing a polyamic acid in a high-boiling, aprotic solvent; wherein the polyamic acid contains two or more tetracarboxylic acid components and one or more diamine components; and wherein at least one of the tetracarboxylic acid components is a quadrivalent organic group derived from an aliphatic dianhydride. Polyimide films made from the solutions are also disclosed, as are their methods of production and uses in electronic devices.
(FR) L'invention concerne une solution contenant un acide polyamique dans un solvant aprotique à point d'ébullition élevé ; l'acide polyamique contenant deux constituants d'acide tétracarboxylique ou plus et un constituant diamine ou plus ; et au moins l'un des constituants d'acide tétracarboxylique étant un groupe organique quadrivalent dérivé d'un dianhydride aliphatique. L'invention concerne également des films de polyimide produits à partir des solutions, ainsi que leurs procédés de production et d'utilisation dans des dispositifs électroniques.
