Abstract:
(EN) An apoptosis-mimicking structure includes a polymeric core. The polymeric core includes a polymer backbone. The polymer backbone includes or is modified with a functional group to directly or indirectly bond to an eat me signaling molecule. An eat me signaling molecule is bonded directly or indirectly to the functional group. Other structures include a scaffold and the apoptosis-mimicking structure immobilized on or incorporated into the scaffold.
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure imitant l'apoptose comprenant une partie centrale polymère. La partie centrale polymère comprend un squelette polymère. Le squelette polymère comprend ou est modifié avec un groupe fonctionnel pour se lier directement ou indirectement à une molécule de signal « mange-moi ». Une molécule de signal « mange-moi » est liée directement ou indirectement au groupe fonctionnel. D'autres structures comprennent un échafaudage et la structure imitant l'apoptose immobilisée sur l'échafaudage ou incorporée dans celui-ci.
