Abstract:
(EN) Methods for producing mesoporous zeolites are provided. In some embodiments, the method includes mixing a silicon-containing material, an aluminum-containing material, or both, with a quaternary amine and at least one base to produce a zeolite precursor solution. The zeolite precursor solution is combined with nanocellulose to form a zeolite precursor gel, from which volatiles are removed. The zeolite precursor gel is crystallized to produce a crystalline zeolite intermediate. The crystalline zeolite intermediate is calcined to form the mesoporous zeolite. The nanocellulose mesopores template may include cellulose nanocrystals, nanocellulose fibers, or combinations thereof. The quaternary amine may include tetraethylammonium hydroxide, tetraethylamonnium alkoxide, tetrapropylammonium alkoxide, other alkaline materials comprising ammonium, or combinations thereof.
(FR) L'invention concerne des méthodes de production de zéolites mésoporeuses. Dans certains modes de réalisation, la méthode comprend le mélange d'un matériau contenant du silicium, d'un matériau contenant de l'aluminium, ou les deux, avec une amine quaternaire et au moins une base pour produire une solution de précurseur de zéolite. La solution de précurseur de zéolite est combinée à de la nanocellulose pour former un gel précurseur de zéolite, à partir duquel des substances volatiles sont éliminées. Le gel précurseur de zéolite est cristallisé pour produire un intermédiaire de zéolite cristalline. L'intermédiaire de zéolite cristalline est calciné pour former la zéolite mésoporeuse. Le gabarit de mésopores de nanocellulose peut comprendre des nanocristaux de cellulose, des fibres de nanocellulose, ou des combinaisons de ceux-ci. L'amine quaternaire peut comprendre de l'hydroxyde de tétraéthylammonium, de l'alcoxyde de tétraéthylamonnium, de l'alcoxyde de tétrapropylammonium, d'autres matériaux alcalins comprenant de l'ammonium, ou des combinaisons de ceux-ci.
