Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing an organic-inorganic light-absorbing material with a perovskite-like structure, which can be used in the manufacturing of perovskite solar cells. The method for producing a light-absorbing material with a perovskite-like structure of formula АСВ3 consists in applying a layer of reagent AB, of a thickness with a specified reaction stoichiometry, to a layer of reagent C, and subsequently placing the layers into a liquid or gaseous medium containing a reagent В2, where component А can be CH3NH3+, (NH2)2CH+, C(NH2)3+, Cs+ or a mixture thereof, component В can be С1-, Вr-, I- or a mixture thereof, and component C can be the metals Sn, Pb or Bi, or alloys, oxides or salts thereof. The technical result which can be achieved with the use of the claimed invention is a simple and rapid method for producing a layer, which is homogeneous because of the formation of a film of intermediate phase АВ-В2, of a light-absorbing organic-inorganic material with a perovskite-like structure having improved morphology, because of rapid crystallization, on surfaces of large area, which will make it possible to use the material produced in solar cells of large area.
(FR) L'invention concerne la production d'un matriau absorbant la lumière organique-inorganique ayant une structure de type pérovskite, qui peut être utilisé lors de la fabrication de cellules solaires à base de pérovskite. L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un matériau absorbant la lumière avec une structure de type pérovskite correspondant à la formule structurelle АСВ3, qui consiste à appliquer sur une couche de réactif C une couche de réactif AB d'une épaisseur de réaction stoechiométrique donnée, puis à placer les couches dans un milieu liquide ou gazeux contenant un réactif В2, dans lequel le composant A peut être CH3NH3+, (NH2)2CH+, C(NH2)3+, Cs+ ou un mélange de ces derniers, le composant B peut être С1-, Вr-, I- ou un mélange de ces derniers, et le composant C peut être les métaux Sn, Pb et Bi, ou des alliages, des oxydes ou des sels de ces derniers. Le résultat technique de la présente invention consiste en un procédé simple et rapide de production d'une couche d'un matériau absorbant la lumière organique-inorganique uniforme grâce à la formation d'un film de phase intermédiaire АВ-В2, qui possède une structure de type pérovskite et présente une meillure morphologie grâce à une cristallisation rapide sur des surfaces de grandes dimensions, ce qui permet d'utiliser le matériau dans des cellules solaires de grande surface.
(RU) Изобретение относится к способу получения органо-неорганического светопоглощающего материала со перовскитоподобной структурой, который может быть использован при изготовлении перовскитных солнечных ячеек. Способ получения светопоглощающего материала со перовскитоподобной структурой со структурной формулой АСВ3, заключается в нанесении на слой реагента С слоя реагента АВ, толщины заданной стехиометрией реакции, и последующего помещения слоев в жидкую или газообразную среду, содержащую реагент В2, где в качестве компонента А может быть CH3NH3+, (NH2)2CH+, C(NH2)3+, Cs+ или их смесь, в качестве компонента В может быть С1-, Вr-, I- или их смесь, а в качестве компонента С выступают металлы Sn, Pb и Bi, их сплавы, оксиды, соли. Техническим результатом, достигаемым при использовании заявляемого изобретения, является простой и быстрый способ получения однородного за счет формирования пленки промежуточной фазы АВ-В2 слоя светопоглощающего органо-неорганического материала со перовскитоподобной структурой с улучшенной за счет быстрой кристаллизации морфологией на поверхностях большой площади, который позволит использовать полученный материал в солнечных ячейках большой площади.
