Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a wood/inorganic laminate composite material and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein wood veneers and inorganic boards are laminated alternately so as to improve the physical and mechanical characteristics of the inorganic boards while retaining the advantages of natural wood materials. The wood/inorganic laminate composite material according to the present invention has thin veneers (normally 5mm or less) attached to both surfaces of an inorganic board (plaster board), or has inorganic boards and wood veneers laminated alternately between wood veneers, thereby compensating for the drawbacks of inorganic boards (bending strength, resistance to water, impact strength, heat insulation, and sound-absorbing property), and improving the dimension stability. In addition, according to the present invention, veneers are attached to both surfaces of an inorganic board (plaster board), thereby preventing exposure of the inorganic board to moisture and humidity to the largest extent, and substantially improving the weak screw nail retention power of the plaster board. The present invention employs thin veneers such that, without having to vacuum-pressurizing and injecting a fire-retardant agent, fire retardation and quasi-nonflammability can be provided solely by simple application, thereby simplifying the operation process and reducing the processing time and cost. The laminate complex material according to the present invention can be regarded as a wood product when the ratio of wood veneers is 50% or higher, and thus can be widely applied to existing places finished with plaster boards, ceiling materials, wall materials, and the like.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau composite stratifié inorganique/bois et son procédé de fabrication, les placages de bois et les panneaux inorganiques étant stratifiés en alternance de façon à améliorer les caractéristiques physiques et mécaniques des panneaux inorganiques tout en conservant les avantages des matériaux en bois naturel. Le matériau composite stratifié inorganique/bois selon la présente invention présente des placages minces (normalement 5 mm ou moins) fixés aux deux surfaces d'un panneau inorganique (plaque de plâtre) ou comporte des panneaux inorganiques et des placages de bois stratifiés alternativement entre des placages de bois, ce qui permet de compenser les inconvénients des panneaux inorganiques (résistance à la flexion, résistance à l'eau, résistance aux chocs, isolation thermique et propriété d'absorption du son) et d'améliorer la stabilité dimensionnelle. De plus, selon la présente invention, des placages sont fixés aux deux surfaces d'un panneau inorganique (plaque de plâtre), empêchant ainsi l'exposition du panneau inorganique à l'humidité dans la plus grande mesure et améliorant sensiblement la puissance de rétention de clou à vis faible de la plaque de plâtre. La présente invention utilise des placages minces de telle sorte que, sans avoir à mettre sous pression sous vide et à injecter un agent ignifuge, un retard d'incendie et une quasi-non-inflammabilité puissent être fournis uniquement par une application simple, ce qui simplifie le processus de fonctionnement et réduit le temps de traitement et le coût. Le matériau complexe stratifié selon la présente invention peut être considéré comme un produit de bois lorsque le rapport des placages de bois est de 50 % ou plus et peut ainsi être largement appliqué à des endroits existants finis avec des plaques de plâtre, des matériaux de plafond, des matériaux de paroi et similaires.
(KO) 본 발명은 목재 단판(veneer)과 무기질 보드를 교대로 적층시켜 무기질 보드의 물리적 및 기계적 특성을 개선함과 동시에 천연목재의 장점을 살린 목재-무기질 적층 복합재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 목재-무기질 적층 복합재는 얇은 단판(veneer, 통상 5mm이하)을 무기질보드(석고보드) 양면에 접착시키거나, 목재 단판 사이에 무기질 보드와 목재 단판을 교대로 적층시켜 무기질보드의 단점(휨강도, 내수성, 충격강도, 단열, 흡음성)을 보완하고 치수안정성을 높일 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 단판을 무기질보드(석고보드) 양면에 접착함에 따라 수분과 습기로부터 무기질 보드가 노출되는 것을 최대한 방지할 수 있으며, 석고보드의 약한 나사못 유지력을 크게 개선시킬 수 있다. 본 발명은 얇은 단판(veneer)을 사용함에 따라 난연제를 진공가압하여 주입할 필요없이 단순 도포만으로 난연 및 준불연 성능을 제공할 수 있으므로 작업공정의 단순화, 처리시간 및 비용을 줄일 수 있다. 본 발명의 적층 복합재는 목재 단판의 비율이 50% 이상인 경우 목재제품으로 인정받을 수 있으므로 기존 석고보드 마감장소, 천장재나 벽재 등에 광법위하게 적용될 수 있다.
